Hi there . This comment is for Charlie . Try doing the salmon on the BBQ. I take the filets and put each one on it’s own square if foil wrap . Top with the tiniest bit of butter , a squirt of lime juice and a generous amount of the chilli sauce . Fold into a pouch . Cook 4-5 min on each side on the grill . Time depends on size of the filets . So good and no pan to clean 🤗🤗

Lovely vlog as always! Thank you. Love how you and Charlie show us recipes with veg from your garden. You will love fried courgette/zucchini! Pick the male flowers, wash lightly, remove the insides and place on paper towel. Make a light batter with an egg, milk and flower. Dip them in batter and fry in olive oil til golden on both sides. Place on paper and sprinkle with salt. They are heavenly. You can also chiffonade them raw and place them on top of your risotto! So good! See you in the next one. Love you! 🇨🇦🤗
you should stuff the artichokes with breadcrumbs, garlic and olive oil in each leaf and then you put an inch of water in a pot and put the artichokes in and cover and steam them and it is fantastic, but that's a real italian way to eat them and then you just suck the breadcrumbs off the leaves, that's how my daddy used to cook them. I hope you understand my recipe, enjoy if you do it.
When Artichokes are cooked, I remove the middle leaves so the heart of the Artichoke is in view! Add a tablespoon full of a ranch dressing (best in U S is Uncle Dan's Dressing powder form, & add mayo & sour cream) stuff with cocktail shrimp (squeeze lemon on them) add dressing on top & serve! Great summer treat & can make ahead of time & place them in the fridge until ready to eat!💕

Love the salmon bowl. You can also buy peppered pre cooked salmon. I would share with Charlie. Your tart looks yummy.love all the dresses, the halter one I would make it more evening with a gold or silver belt. The pasta looks good and a quick dinner.

She has a greenhouse reveal that I just watched and elements of the design honor of her late stepfather (stained glass he made, bathtub stencil, hanging sign) and did some solar lighting-anyway it’s an inspiring watch while we wait for your greenhouse to come together.

I was a bit tempted with the Always pan but I knew it wouldn't keep it's non-stick finish, Lily Pebbles has had her one a few months and showed recently that it's no longer non-stick!

Yes, I love rice. I could eat just a bowl of rice with butter and parmigiana cheese and be happy. I loved all of the Oasis dresses. Do they ship to America? I can't find a US dollar price for them, so I didn't think they shipped to the US. I love the shorter flowered dress with the square neck line. It is very hot around here as well (Boston suburbs), so a short dress would be appropriate at times this Summer. BTW, Dickens looks like a little angel when he was fast asleep. I loved all the food you made, even your husbands salmon bowl. My husband and I love fish. I am going to have to make a zucchini tart soon. Thank you, Josie. You could try making gourmet pickles with some of your numerous zucchinis - helps to preserve them if you can't eat them all at once and great on a sandwich.
Hi Josie, do you like fish and chips ? I had wild salmon with chicken flavor rice, cherries for desert today. With sparkling grape and apple juice. A roll and salad. Very nice garden vegetable haul.
