Sunchoke Harvest! 

Sunchokes! Also known as Jerusalem artichokes are super easy to grow. We did a planting video in the spring. You can see the video link below. We literally stuck a few in the ground and they produced quite a few tubers. Well definitely be adding them to our food forest garden!
