How to cook EPIC, slow baked, THRICE BASTED Barbeque Chicken, Old & New fresh Collards, sweet creamy Cornbread, delectable stirfried Riced Cauliflower with mixed Veggies and "ready made" 🥔 Potato Salad! Come on in!
I remember when I was a small girl my grandma would cook a big pot of turnip greens and collards mixed in a big iron pot she had make cornbread and biscuits and fry some chicken for dinner.
I use Sweet Baby Rays Original also. I used to use Kraft, and doctor it up but once I tried Sweet Baby Rays it was a done deal. Just the right amount of heat, smoke, tanginess, and sweet.
Always delicious and the family vibes...that's what keeps me coming back for each experience. Can't call them videos - you are beyond that. Each dish I can almost taste and smell everything you cook. It's the heart you put into it. Yes ma'am! Loving this all day!
Once again I want to say Thank you for your hospitality "Come On In"!!! It's always a Joy watching you cook and listen to your instructions. That barbecue Chicken looks so Good! I agree about the baby Ray's barbecue sauce. Your side dishes potatoe Salad, greens, rice and cornbread were excellent choices!!! If I was in your town I probably would be the first one on board the flavor train!!! Continue to keep stirring up your gifts for the Lord Ms Peggy in that kitchen!! 🎁🎁
Sounds and looks so good. I would love to spend time in the kitchen with you. Cooking for and feeding others is such an act of love I think. We all need to eat so by feeding someone you are wishing them life and comfort.
Now that’s what I call a AMAZING Sunday dinner 🙌🏽🙌🏽! I learn so much from you. I even have my notepad and pen so that I can write down everything when you are cooking lol. Thank you sweet lady and continue to stay blessed and safe 💗
Another wonderful dinner,it surely was enjoyed! Thank you for explaing it all! Happy birthday to your daughter.I hope her fifties are blessed!! I forgot to say that on the last video. Bless your heart for the love and care you show your family!
All your meals appear to be very tasty and not complicated to make, I really want to try your green sauce, the riced cauliflower mix. I'll let you know how they come out. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR FAMILY AND MEALS GOG BLESS YOU
So love watching you cook that down home food. I"m from Alabama and live in Indiana now. Reminds me of home. Just wish I could hear you better. Maybe talk a little louder or a better microphone. I know you have a gentle spirit and are used to speaking softly but I would love to be able to get every thing you impart. Thank you.
That barbeque chicken was mouth watering. Thanks for showing me how to make it like it had been on the grill. Cauliflower rice I will try that. The whole dinner looked fantastic.
Ninety nine and a half just won’t do, gotta have a hundred! I’m old school, Ms. Peggy, and you brought back memories. Wasn’t that song by Wilson Pickett, if my memory serves me right? I know someone that lights a regular stick match and burn all those left on unwanted chicken feathers. It will save you a lot of time when cooking your chicken. Your meal looks sooo yummy. I cook similar to you, being old school, but I’ve gotten a lot of tips from you. I thank you, God bless you and your family through the NewYear of 2022. 😐 sorry I did not see this earlier.❤️
I love your humbleness. Like you said trying to make a 100 cause 99 1/2 just won't do. I've always heard good broth = good greens. 😋😋😋😋. I just love your videos.❤
Hello Ms. Peggie!❤️ Thanks so much for the tip in cooking the riced cauliflower. I didn’t have much success at first but your direction is very helpful. I was able to figure out where I messed up the first time.😆. Blessings to you and the family and love ya!❤️
I find it quite convenient to buy the bags of collards. Save time, still wash as usual, and I personally have too take out the large chopped stems. They're also a bit tough to me, so I take no chances. You dinner looks amazing. I would have made hot water cornbread. Thanks for sharing, blessings.
Hello, hope you're doing well. This meal is like a big family reunion (only more food.) Yes, we need to stay prayerful one for another in these days. Anyway, take care, stay safe and God bless.
Ms. Peggie my wish is to one day meet you and Tonya... I also wouldn’t mind a taste of your delicious eats! I just love your family unit. You all have something money can’t buy but can only be blessed by God. Watching you cook and explain what you’re doing is soothing ☺️. I love you and pray you have a blessed week. 💕🥰😘😍🙏🏾💕
I really liked the cauliflower mixture and ABSOLUTELY love the greens and corn bread. Barbecued chicken, hands down, mmmmmm. Did I miss the potato salad that was listed?? Don't need it because everything else is AWESOME, mix the corn bread with the greens, raw onions, fingers instead of a fork...sorry....HEAVENLY. 😊😊
Hey Ms. Peggy! How are you doing? It's been awhile since I have been on your channel. But like I mentioned to Lady T I will be forever be a passenger on the 'Flava Train" and "Come on In". SAM's potato salad is on the money. We bought some for our family reunion a couple years back and it was a big hit. Your meals always look amazing. I can't wait to buy a copy of your cookbook. Many Blessings!
Good morning Mrs.peggy yummmmmm that chicken look😋 love cornbread last year for Thanksgiving I made a seafood cornbread dressing it was delicious l'm thinking about the holidays already have a blessed day enjoyed the video🥰❤💕💕
Auntie Peggy your food always looks as I know it tastes so good! I started using that complete season from your recommendation. Have you ever tried Hughes Sugar free barbecue sauce? It is so delicious and you can’t even tell it is not sugar in it. I buy that and now you make me want barbecue chicken. It is a little pricey but it’s so worth it .thank you and God bless you.
