Hello my beautiful friends! Here is an easy stretch for a lazy morning. We will get into our neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and hamstrings. Just a gentle way to start your day off right and get the body feeling mobile. We will end the practice with a short meditation to clear out all negativity in order to bring in positive energy. We set an intention for the rest of the week to be more mindful and aware of our breath and thinking patterns.
