📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
300 g dark chocolate (10.6 oz)
190 g butter (6.7 oz)
6 eggs
160 g powdered sugar (5.6 oz or 1 1/3 cups)
150 g all-purpose flour (5.3 oz or 1 1/4 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
Caramel cream:
300 g sunflower seeds (10.6 oz or 2 1/3 cups)
100 g brown sugar (3.5 oz or 1/2 cup)
60 g butter (2.1 oz or 4.2 tbsp)
4 tablespoons of milk
250 g butter (8.8 oz)
400 g caramel condensed milk (1 cup)
Bake at 180°C (356°F) - 10 minutes in a fan oven
Cocoa cream:
400 ml 30% cream (1 3/4 cups)
1 tbsp cocoa
Baking instructions:
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes in a fan oven
Baking pan diameter: 29 cm x 33 cm (11.4 inches x 13 inches)
