It’s weird and emotional to watch the first episode without Jessi, it’ll always have a special place in my heart, especially because it was such a funny distraction during the pandemic, but I’m sure Sunmi will do a great job 👏❤️

I will miss Jessi since I don't think no one can replace her. Her show was so unique and so her. I hope that Jessi is doing well. Yet, I will still watch it because of Sunmi and I wish her the best of the best. Will see where this will take us. I'm just doing this for the sake of Jessi and Sunmi. NOT THE SHOW.

Really loved watching sunmi on a variety show like this where she can be herself and show how charming and charismatic she is. I will miss Jessi so so much i keep re-watching the old videos i hope one day she comes back to the show and both Jessi and SUNMI slay the episode 😍
@@airinnn2405 Jessi decided to stop doing it, at least for now. She must have been really busy, plus she did it for a good while. Sunmi is a new host, for a different show with same name and kinda similar concept, but very different style as we could see. I hope we can all support both.
@@airinnn2405 jessi was informed by a fan that she will be replaced by her friend sunmi. she was taking a break and was planning to be back but they replaced her without letting her know. she talked about it and seemed pretty hurt
I love that Sunmi did research to learn more about the artist even though the show didn't require it. She seems to have dived deep and the artists must appreciate that so much!
@@hansandika always, in Jessi's live instagram, she said all the questions made by her. So she learn the artist before take a shoot. The idea's of internasional session in showterview was also made by her
@@hansandika you must've not watched the show hard enough to tell that she did do this lol Even in clips from Jessi's time, it showed her putting in the effort to really get to know who the artist were before they came on to talk :)
I’ve heard of Alexa before but I didn’t know she was this cute and bubbly, they match each other’s energy so well it was adorable to watch. sunmi did such a great job too!! 🤍

Sunmi’s personality is so warm and inviting. She’s really great at talking to guests. It sucks that Jessi is not returning, I’m especially going to miss her banter with Jungshik, but I’m excited to watch Sunmi’s journey. AleXa was a great first guest, and they had such great immediate chemistry.
I love watching these, Sunmi is just such a sweet interviewer, the way she puts in the effort and always makes the guests feel comfortable, she’s so sweet 🥹

I 100% agree - Sunmi is a very lovely and soft human being and Jessi is nothing but supportive for her doing the new season. Her beef was with the lack of communication from Shoterview itself not giving Jessi a heads up that they were going with a new MC which is definitely weird considering how popular she made the show but shouldn't garner hate toward the new format
I was avoiding the show when I learned Jessie won’t be the MC anymore. I didn’t even know it already started. But today I decided to check it out and I am so happy to see that their first guest is Alexa. I was waiting for her to appear in a Korean show after winning the U.S contest. It was a very sweet interview. I am not a fan or Sunmi nor Wonder Girls but I think she is a good MC.
Such a refreshing new format!! though I'm gonna miss Jessi for sure I can't wait to experience new interviews and moments with Sunmi ❤️❤️ also I'm so happy and proud of AleXa, she's been working hard to be on this point 😭😭
I will miss Jessi a lot, she was the reason why I started to watch this show weekly. Still, I had fun watching Sunmi as interviewer. I respect both artists so I will continue supporting them and I hope Sunmi goes big as Jessi did in the first season. JESSI & SUNMI FIGHTING!!!!
Sunmi being extra tall in height and yet super tiny in cuteness is the serotonin boost I needed today. AleXa also did great and was amazing on American Song Contest. Congrats to both ladies! Edit: Sunmi doesn’t even try to hide that she’s cheating 🤣
I hope old showterview fans will support sunmi and not give her hate , I love jessi and loved jessi showterview, but its not sunmis fault that they decided to replace jessi. It won't be the same without jessi , but I'm sure it will continue being a great show ! Sunmi is such a sweet humble person, let's all show love to her !❤️
Absolutely love Sunmi! She's so bubbly and eccentric 🥰 Of course, Jessi Show!terview was a game changer, and it will never be the same. But we have to accept that and just look at this as basically a whole new talk show. It seem like Mobidic understands that and even made the atmosphere and editing a little different. Sunmi fighting! if you compare jessi to sunmi showterview is definitely not the same and not gonna lie i miss jessi. however, if you only see this as sunmis show without the comparison, i think she did a really good job. looking forward to the next episodes
look i love both sunmi and jessi, but cmon....she legit found out she was dropped from showterview through a fan. the company didn't even bother contacting her about it :(
Watched this show with Jessi during whole years. Without jessi it feels like home without mom. Though have brother, sister and dad in house but no mom- exactly that feelings. We miss you Jessi

I’ve noticed in many interactions that Sunmi has a way of making younger girls feel very comfortable around her. She seems like someone who’s very approachable and warm to everyone
i keep forgetting how short alexa is!! they’re both so adorable together and i love seeing their bright personalities bubble through. i’m incredibly proud of both Sunmi and Alexa and i’m so glad i can keep cheering you both on :)
Sunmi might be more scripted and different from Jessi, but i'm loving it so far! Although i loved Jessi's showterview AYLOT, it's nice to have a different vibe for a change, because it wouldn't be smart to drag out a specfic concept and only Jessi could do her thing so yeah, they couldn't possibly have her try and act like Jessi Jessi did it her way, this time it's a different host doing it THEIR OWN way and then another (if it continues) we're gonna miss Jessi and i won't lie that i cried on the last episode but a girl's gotta hustle, it's her life and she has other endeavors in life ^^ Sunmi's showterview is bubbly wholesome, and funny in a cute way, and i like that drastic change ^^ gonna be watching this for sure! Alexa is such a sweetheart and easy going, love her
I've been watching alexa since her instagram dance cover days so it feels so surreal seeing her on showterview w sunmi. Her korean has improved SO much and I'm so proud of her love u alexa!! also ofc so proud of sunmi~ showterview is in good hands

Loving this! The only thing im soooooo confused at is why didnt they give her, her own show? Why did it have to be Showterview, like they should have given her a special show!! Sunmi fighting💞💞
It's just easier to continue an existing show than it is to create a brand new show. By easier, I mean the fanbase is already there so the likelihood of it being a success is much greater than if they started a whole new show.
@@keithcraig506 I get what you mean but the fanbase was there specifically for jessi though. I've seen many people say they're not gonna watch anymore. I get it. Imagine your favorite host not returning anymore. They give off different vibes so it would make more sense to give her a different show with a different concept. Even jessi didn't know she was being replaced. I do think people should give sunmi a chance though
I agree I thought the same about having the new name of the show instead of showterview. I personally like sunmi's music very much but showterview without jessi literally breaks my heart 😔

Bruh I had no idea that showterview already existed even before Jessi became the host. There was already another one before Jessi so that makes her the second host and sunmi is third.
I love the energy , but pls the only thing is the ''sound reaction''. One of showterview best quality is the fact that the crew joined on the reaction and it was not fake in that way... pls , we want to hear more the crew :) fighting sunmi 💕
If only the producers would have been a bit more honest with Jessi and the viewers, I think that the transition to a new host would have been different and more welcoming. More than 1 million ppl subscribed to this channel because of her show, so I can imagine the disappointment about this whole situation. Still good luck for the new season.
Yes, wasnt the best choice. All this feels like a totally different program, i think it would ve been the best to give the show a new name, something more related to this New vive. Anyway, i bet they'll their public.

Probably not. Lets admit it, when you look at Mobidic's channel, they barely have views. Jessi was pulling in the most. Now that shes gone... it went back to normal.

Even if Jessi left i felt like i don't feel anything missing because now I get it that whoever comes in as a host the producers allow them to be themselves and here sunmi is being herself. To all those who misses Jessi, i also miss her as host but remember that people are all different and everyone has their own unique charms and we should all appreciate it.
just to remember you guys: showterview wasn't jessi's show, she was only the mc and it's normal to rotate the mc. the show must go on. I really liked sunmi as mc

I loved Jessi as MC, but Miya did such a good job in this first episode too! I think you need to have a warm, fun and welcoming personality to be the host of this kind of show, and I think Showterview is in great hands. 💜 Loved the chemistry between Miya and Alexa, I'm really happy that they could know each other through this program. Both are wonderful artists, I had so much fun seeing them together! Let's have fun in the next episodes too~ 🥰
The way I miss Jessi is unbelievable. I’ve been following her since a LONG LONG time. Show!terview will always be Jessi’s! I’m still extremely pressed at the way Jessi was treated but all the very best to Sunmi! I had a really soft spot for the show so I don’t think I can watch it for a while, but hopefully 1 day I can come back and watch Sunmi. I’m sure she’ll do a great job.
She’s different than jessi as a host in a good way. I think it’s sad jessi couldn’t host anymore but I also think sunmi is a great replacement because her vibe is completely opposite and different

Let's admit it, Jessi made an impact being the host but Sunmi gave it another flavor. It is Sunmi's show, she's doing her. So glad that Alexa was the first guest. They blend in so well together.
