I was only on it for 10 mins, and I feel it in my inner thighs, lats, shoulders, chest, glutes, calves, outer glutes and core. I can just imagine the results after one month. I’m pretty stoked.
@@APC-yr5fi pretty good on my knees. Just assembled at 5:00 a.m. good for endurance building as well for conditioning. I hopefully am.able to go back to sleep. ☺
I have had one for several months. For the price, this is a great piece of equipment. Also, most important for me, it's very quiet! I live in an apartment with thin walls and floors, and nobody hears a thing!
Omg I kept wondering how do I adjust and store loose hooks! I learned so many other things watching. Also, how to store it and exercises. This is a great video
Game changer because of the RU-vid videos! No overthinking about how to make up your workout routine, just choose a video and go. I can do a quick 5-minute or 10-minute video, or combine several videos. I'm in my 50s and a quick 5-minute workout is beneficial for my health, especially because it's low-impact strength training. Give it a try, you'll feel better knowing you did a 10-minute workout as opposed to scrolling on your phone for 10 minutes! I ordered mine from Amazon, and there it is a day or two later. Be careful NOT to over-tighten the bolts, I did and one broke. My husband was able to replace it. The downside is no place to attach a phone to the handlebar. 🤔
I was initially eyeing on a few rowing machines but I ended up buying this Row N Ride machine instead. It's light and not bulky. This machine is really worth it's price. I never regretted that I bought it. Even with a few reps each mornings before prepping for work, I could already feel my tummy area tightening and I love how it works out the glutes and thighs and even the biceps.
@@bmp713 Not in my case due to an underlying health condition. Maybe for the more healthier individual, that would be possible. This machine became my favorite exercise (next to swimming) especially during the lock downs due to the pandemic.
Can this machine get your heart rate 140-160 heart rate for at least 30 minutes without stopping for steady state cardio? Can you do shorter intervals above 160 heart rate?
If you have it on a mat, I have mine on an extra yoga mat, it doesn’t jump up when getting off the machine. I just slowly get off like how I get on it. Great machine and you definitely can feel the burn. I love that it works the whole body.

I love this video and machine. Although I purchased it several months ago I waited for my physical therapy guru’s advice to begin using this rowing machine. The exercises he prescribed for me at the studio dovetail perfectly with the rowing machine. Sciatica and lower back pain require stronger glutes and core muscles. I should not have waited to begin using this marvel. While I’m a beginner , I can not wait to get to intermediate status, and hopefully pain free. Jeff is an outstanding instructor.
I'm glad I saw your comment. I have facet joint arthropathy and it's painful 24/7 and I've been looking for something to help me strengthen my muscles that could possibly lessen the pain.
The instructions included are not good. I'm very handy at reading diagrams and putting things together. It took me about two hours. Numbered stickers on the components would have been extremely helpful. But I did finally get it together and watched this video and I am very excited to use it!!!! My meter was crushed inside the box when I opened it, so I sent them an e mail to see if they can send me a replacement meter.
I was surfing for exercise equipment and I stumbled upon this I knew that when I seen it I had to get it without a doubt it reminded me of my lounge chair I just put it up and ready to use
Thanks for a good explanation of where handles should be , seat adjustment, and how far seat goes down for depth of squat...for a beginner knowing all this is necessary..glad I watched..great little machine, I should have watched assembly video , it would have gone faster but I got it..nice review of product and its variables to work out
Thank you, thank you, thank you. You saved my sanity.😅 She doesn't like assembly instructions AT ALL. You made it easy and understandable. I appreciate the tutorial also. Here's to fitness!👍🏽

Very clear assembly instructions with parts separately bagged and identified for each step. Nice looking unit. Works great and provides a nice workout.
Thank you , I appreciate you taking the time to educate everyone on this amazing machine, now I can get started without fear. Thanks again, new subscriber!!
@@MISSYMINX261 I’ll let you know. Since I got it my son has been very sick and I’ve been too busy to get on it. But I will soon, I think it’s going to be great.
Hello from 🏴 I put this together pretty quickly....but it just needed a bit of tweaking. Thanks to your video it's ready to use. My only concern now is being able to walk after using this LOL. Very useful video this.👍
Very good video and instructions. I strongly recommend to get on and get off the machine in the sitting position i.e. when you are in full squat position first take off your legs off the paddle then release one hand off the handle and then 2nd hand and gradually get off the machine. This way machine remains steady. If you try to get on and off during standing position sometimes if you are not careful machine can stumble causing injuries.

I’ve had my machine for several months and didn’t realize I could use this for deadlifts. Thank you for sharing! I’m a personal trainer and just readjusted my machine to try it out. I’m ecstatic!:) With the included resistance bands, this is definitely going to keep me challenged during my at-home workouts. Thank you again for posting!

I am not very bright when it comes to putting things together, but even after you showed me, I looked at the video a lot of times and still could not figure out how to let it down. Then I discovered a pin. Once I removed the pin, I was able to let it down
Watch his assembling video once through then go over it again making sure you have got ALL the equipment included in the package. Then takw your time and follow his example (he is crystal clear). Good luck.

@@bmp713 It certainly can with me. I have COPD so I need to exercise regularly and have found this perfect for my needs. It has 3 resistance cables for difficulty and you can also adjust the position of the seat giving you a choice of the length/depth of the squat. For the price I paid it was definitely worth it. Hope this helps.

That was super helpful! Mine has been in storage for almost 2 years after a move and living in an RV. So totally forgot how to use it and truly don't believe I was doing it correctly / I only had a few months before the move. Hoping it doesn't aggravate my knees. Now on to my total gym videos!
@@clrclr9683 I got it last Monday and have been using every day. It gets your heart rate up and a sweat. I love it. I want everyone to try it. Takes up so little space too!
A single band provides 22 lbs of pressure, the man said. How would that translate with regard to stamina needed -- as at this point I can only comfortably lift (with effort) five pound weights in a standing workout. So, I'm wondering if a single band providing 22 lbs of pressure would actually be impossible for me. (Hopefully not.)
I bought this today I was thinking does this help in constipation in bowel movement and does this help in losing belly fat and how many squats have to do per day 50 100 or 200?? please do let me know. hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
Would this be a good piece of equipment for someone who has a decent level of strength and cardio fitness? Do the bands provide enough resistance to stimulate muscle growth? Thanks for the vid, very informative.
Helpful but mine just set up and 5e middle lever for some reason is longer than the holes on the seat tube. So I can’t screw then together. Very odd..anyone else have this issue with theirs?
I think that if you use your legs and don’t use a high resistance you will find it comfortable. If you get from Amazon, try it and if it is not for you, return.
