I know this is an old video but I'd just like to say Bailey is the most underrated guy going around in the national side. No idea why he got kicked out of the t20 side for Smith when Smith is so flukey and bad in that format, regardless in ODI's he goes about his business about strike rate of 90-95 and averages 44 with the bat like Clarke used to but nobody seems to appreciate him. It's kinda sad, not to mention I'd give him shorter form captaincy to him over Smith any day; even with Smith plays he's often going to Bailey for advice.
Narcissus you would be the worst team picker in the world, Steve smith is great in all formats he is the Australian captain and is in much better form than Bailey, you've probably never seen him play t20 cricket because he is playing test and odi for Australia, and also have you seen George Baileys stance it's back to front, I also asked him at the Sheffield shield match down in Wollongong when they played the blues if he would be a better pick in t20s than Steve smith, George Bailey said " no I don't deserve to play in the spot that the skipper plays he is much better then me." And that was after he scored 200 runs
In 2015 world cup he came as a captain of Australia team but when Clark came in the team Baily was even not in playing 11.i was totally shocked that time
I don't know ACB has done to him....he's a very fine cricketer....while most of the Australian batsmen suffer on turning indian tracks..he just plays them with ease....one thing more he has a smiling assassin....always a smile on his face whatever the situation is.....respect

George bailey included in year 2013s Indian tour of Australia(Odi) which was his careers first Asian tour and his career 2nd international Odi series.In this Year 2013 Indian Odi tour he made 478 runs which is a highest total score in a series by any player in world in a bilateral odi series. his last odi tour was tour of Srilanka in 2016 December where he is again highest run getter of series with a total of 281 runs included 90 run innings in dambulla was memorable( Because we imagine deadly spin pitches in srilanka which is more deadliest for non Asian cricket team). He can play any condition any pitches any kind of bowler and in recent India tour it was a foolish decision to drop him because he is capable of playing 100 runs innings every time and a best player of spin like Michael clarke. If he was include recent Indian tour Australia could win the 2nd and 3rd ODIs where Australia loose for only few runs

He comes from the island State of Tasmania which is located several degrees of latitude closer to the south pole than the mainland States. Consequently, Tassie spins faster resulting in their players being more adept at playing spin. Punter and Boonie are also from Tasmania. Say no more....
