We've heard about the Inquisitors, but we haven't seen how they are "trained" or inducted into the order. Now we have. Barris was left imprisoned last time we saw her, now we learn more about the character, seeing that she was part of the path (that we have seen a little of in Kenobi) was nice. a modicum of redemption for her. that's my justification to tell these stories. Acolyte is less than a month away now.

There's a huge Barriss Offee fan base that has waited 11 years to resolve a plot twist from clone wars (some have been fans since the Medstar Novels from 2005). A LOT of fans are talking about this on RU-vid, Tumblr, Deviantart, etc. You might not have realized it, but this story was a rather important resolution for Star Wars lore and the character

Or maybe she sensed it when she was arrested anakin used the dark side to catch her afterall. Best part is that Barris has such a crush on anakin. funny to think about knwo
