Every game has it's own way to full completion. In Super Mario Galaxy 2 the Comet Medals are one of these ways to obtain even more completition of gathering Stars through the universe, along with the new challenges, that every galaxy sets up after an obtained Comet Medal.
Welcome to the video-walkthrough for World 3 and 4!

Every Comet Medals in world 3 and 4 will be shown in the video and to spice it up a bit, a short description is headed further down if the following pictures wouldn't say anything at all to you.
List of the following galaxies in this video:
- World 1 -
◣ Bowser Jr.'s Fiery Flotilla
Jump up on the first Thwomp you see in the beginning of the galaxy and do a back-flip to achieve this medal.
- World 3 -
◣ Tall Trunk Galaxy
After the very first launch star you will arrive to blue Yoshi fruit. Eat it up and to your left position in the air the medal is waiting.
◣ Cloudy Court Galaxy
This medal is in the very end of the course. By the moving walls and the giant fan blower the medal is at the right part. You can also hear the shining sound from the Star in this are.
◣ Haunty Halls Galaxy
After the red-moving "stairs" you will see three ghosts hover around. Out in the air of these ghosts the medal is headed. Just wait for the green "stairs" to arrive to get this medal.
◣ Freezy Flake Galaxy
After the helter skelter you will arrive to some blocks which can be destroyed with the Fire Flower equiped. The flower is nearby this area, and the medal is hidden behind the blocks.
◣ Rolling Masterpiece Galaxy
At a checkpoint the medal will be cutsawed if you don't hurry to grab it!
◣ Beat Block Galaxy
The part of the oblong blocks of yellow and green blocks is where this medal's position is.
◣ Bowser Jr.'s Fearsome Fleet
At the 3rd moving platform some Airships will arrive. On the second Airship jump up on it and on the left you will find the comet medal.
- World 4 -
◣ Supermassive Galaxy
Right at the start of the galaxy where it stands "Welcome to the Galaxy!" the medal is by the giant Goomba.
◣ Flipsville Galaxy
From the Toad who wounders how the captain got up on the top of the ville, head to right. Butsmash yourself down and then you should see a grind with a teleport-challenge. Head down there and there is the medal.
◣ Starshine Beach Galaxy
By the long Tower in this Galaxy there is a hole in the sand by the water. Swim down there and you will find 2 eels who are guarding the medal.
◣ Chompworks Galaxy
In the beginning of the galaxy where it says "Welcome to the Galaxy!" the medal is on the oblong where rolling Chomps come by. Do a backflip to get this one.
◣ Sweet Mystery Galaxy
If you look in the background of this Galaxy, the medal is towards the bagels in the very background. You will have to jump between about 3 platforms with the Yellow fruit equiped.
◣ Honeyhop Galaxy
This one is headed to the pink "aliens" after you've been hovering with the flower seed. Jump up on the cliff to get this one. You need to wall jump.
◣ Bowser's Gravity Gauntlet
Right in the beginning of the 2D-shifting you will see this medal upon a stone block.
