Super Metroid: Eris playthrough 

I may just love this game even more than Super Metroid.

the Charge Beam is just for clearing obstacles apparently. Since I never see you use it on a non-boss enemy!

Story Time: When my brother and I were kids. We played Metroid for the very first time. It became harder to remember rooms and secrets. So before magazines and the internet. I would make maps of the rooms he was in, so we could keep track of the ways to go. Even if the map was on the game, it was too small to really get around it.

digitalmantra makes hacks that seem sort of normal, but then they just become frickin crazy at the end

It's the Screw attack... but it does't hurts enemies, as the name says, it only evades enemies and attacks

This game is really fun. It actually feels like your just Samus on a different mission/planet. You never really get too stuck, there is always somewhere you can look, the bottle-neck spots are all secrets that you can figure out yourself. You never appreciate hi jump boots more!

So cryptic this game. But of course very good

Correct me if im wrong, but are a good portion of the sprites in this hack original sprites? or are they just recolors that im not recognizing

Hello buddy, your hack is more EASY than mine, in the first boss has spikes in top left and right of the scenario and in this video hasn't, time: 14:30. Is it possible to put a link of the download of your hack bro?

- Much prefer the silent item grab, compared to waiting through that Na na na na na na na na na na na na NAAAAAAA for the millionth thyme. For the main official games is good,,, But it would be cool to have a suit upgrade that would let you SKIP through the na na na item song,, but it should be so well hidden , even the game developers don't even know where tf it is. They let some random homeless person program where the skip suit goes,,,, and since it's called a skip suit then samus should speed SKIP, instead of just running .

This playthrough really helped me make the decision to not play this hack. Good job, though. You're way better at Metroid than I am.

I don't really like this hack. One of the reasons is there is no map.

Unplayable, too many metroids you have no ice beam and I can't even seem to pass the 2nd boss as there is no safe zone.
