Stylized looks tend to hold up better than a more realistic look. As more realistic looking games come out, all the old realistic games start looking bad. But that style made for a game will look good for years to come. Thats kinda why I still prefer a more stylized game.
I liked Judge Dredd a bunch. I think it was more art direction than graphics. Also i recently read "All over but the shoutin'" by Rick Bragg. Good book.
This was a great list! Especially since you mentioned a bunch of snes games that don’t get mentioned it these types of lists. I know you are more snes and rpg focused with you channel, but I wonder if you will do a similar list of modern games that you think will stand the test of time with their graphics. We often look back, but we must not forget some of the current master pieces.
