Super soft Cinnamon Rolls / Cinnabons

1 cup = 250ml
For the dough:
2 1/2 cups plain flour
( + - 1/4 cup extra flour. Add this slowly just until the dough is not sticky anymore. You might need less according to your flour brand)
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon Instant Yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoon soft butter
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
For the filling:
1/4 cup soft butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Handful of raisins ( optional )
For the frosting:
120g Cream cheese
2 tablespoons soft butter
3/4 cup icing sugar ( 1 cup if you like it sweeter)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Coursely ground pecan nuts to add on top of the frosting.
