Honestly, ever since I worked in an Asian kitchen with those, that’s all I want in my life to cook over. Handling the wok is tricky at first but then one day it just clicks and it’s so much fun.
@@neongravy1636 The most fun i've had was working in a Thai kitchen over a dragons breath, boy did it kick my ass in the AZ summer but man... getting that rhythm down was the funnest thing ever.
Don't be so quick to say that. A friend of mine is a professional cook at one of the most unprecedented Chinese restaurants in Massachusetts. Put your glasses on, Karen. Did you see the final result? I've been let out back into the kitchen and saw it, myself.
Rolling the rice and catching it on the ladle to plate it , that's high dexterity !! Be a jack of all trades and a master of none .... This chef is clearly a master at his craft , bravo 👏
The cooking process is speedy but he doesn't look flustered at all. Usually people would be on something like a time attack, kinda panicking but he does it pretty gently. Super clean too. Good chef.
