Holy Cow... I got one for like $400 the other day. So... I don't procrastinate anymore or the deal will be gone. It's usually a good buy don't mess around. Getting custom forks next and upgraded battery.

I was reluctant to pay $499 for it but there's no fucking way I'll pay $699 for that tiny little underpowered cheap piece of shit. I just met a guy on one and he said it's not worth the price. 5'6" tall and knees are high up. Not fast, you have to mod it. I do like the look. I'll stick with my Kugoo Kirin G3...
Thanks for the great video! Neat little scooter/bike. I'm 61, retired, and looking for a small bike that I can modify. Nothing too crazy, just lithium batteries, more comfortable seat, that kind of thing. Would you recommend this Rambler 16, or the Jetson Bolt Pro, or something else?
Thanks! I'd say it's a pretty good platform for mods. I have a friend that put a bigger motor and battery on his. The frame isn't tremendously robust but you get what you pay for. I think this would be a better platform for you than the jetson bolt pro which i've also owned. Hope this helps.
I'm 62 I used to ride motorcycles but I don't anymore I bought the razor EcoSmart and I ride it several times a day on rural property mostly a gravel driveway and it's fantastic it can take me up a hill and I push the weight limit on it the only thing I could say if I had to say something slightly negative as I wish that the headset bearings were a little bit more heavy-duty because the Eco Smart is the sidewalk version of the rambler which I'm thinking about buying I highly recommend this brand I think it's really well made and I've been riding it for a year with zero problems
I got a question about your helmet cam. It hangs down from the visor so the case that holds it has the mount on top of it? Or are you filming uprise down and flip the video during the editing process so it is right-side-up? I've been looking everywhere for an action camera case/mount that mounts from the top instead of from the bottom.

I wonder if it says on the box off-road only or something. Another thing, I wonder if people will seriously consider this over a jetson ebike for about the same price. It’s really too bad it has such bad brakes. Man If razor came out with an adult version it could be a bit of completion with super73. A slow cheap version of course.

I have the razor EcoSmart which is the sidewalk version of this scooter and it pulls 170 lb no problem I put buckets of rocks on it and drive it around the yard to where I want to dump the rocks it'll go up a hill yeah I'm really impressed with it
About 3 weeks ago Keaton from the “Keaton Carlott” YT channel started messing with this and has some interesting videos on it. He does a lot of mods on lots of other bikes too. He just sent me a custom upgraded suspension/fork for my Razor RSF650 I’m building. Check him out. He’s pretty interesting. Lol
I have an idea the Razor people deliberately designed that bike to be a cheap and underpowered but cool looking bike, knowing full well people would want more power and better features, so they could get away with selling you cheap crap at a high price. so far every person who sees this bike wants to upgrade it right away before they even ride it. Razor must have planned this as a ripoff bike. I can't wait to see how fast this thing breaks down after people buy it. I wonder what the warranty is on that bike or if there really is one. Lots of times I've seen cheap shit like this with a warranty that never gets honored.
@@TheFrickinShredder I saw some techie guy mod it with a bigger battery immediately after he pulled it out of the box! I think I'll wait for the next version because I think this model is just a cheap joke that Razor is playing on the market for maximum profit.
My old POS TEBCO 26" commuter has that same shitty drum brake on back wheel, I was going downhill (9%) and the bike got up to 30mph with virtually no brakes and a 30Kg box on the handlebars, I thought I was going to end up through a red light at bottom of the hill, it went green for a bit then I made it through 5 secs after turning red, it would have been catastrophic had the traffic been pissing down

The brakes still got me baffled. Scooters have front/rear disc brakes now. This heavy ebike has one drum brake, that looks like the same system that was on an old electric scooter I had 10 years ago.
