I have an aftermarket oil cooler on my cam n e85 ls3, cowl hood, fans come on super early, high pressure oil pump. 220° is BARELY warm enough for ideal operating Temps for most synthetic oils. I've been up to 230-240 under hard driving and that's its daily driving lol. Most synthetic oils start becoming risky around 250+. This guy's oil Temps were just perfect.
@@bamba- i drove a 2019 Nissan Versa and it literally was the worst experience I've ever had trying to go from 0-60. The CVT transmission was awful and it felt like it was almost rubber banding, it took what felt like 16 seconds to reach 60 mph on the highway of my old house. My old 1997 ES300 and current '04 V6 Camry LE drove miles better than that thing despite being almost 2 decades old.
@@DJbradchad My '01 IS300 and '04 Camry LE V6 aren't fast cars, but their reliability is unparalleled and they still have enough power to suffice. When I was a kid my dad used to have a MK 2 Celica Supra and it was pretty quick given how light weight it was and it was a blast. I feel like horsepower and torque, while important, are sometimes overblown for the fun factor of drivability.
@@neonreign2988 I describe my miata as a quick but not fast car. It gives you the feeling of speed, and is insanely fun to drive. My c5 (stock) definitely pulls way harder which is an experience unlike anything in the miata, but, it's not nearly as nice overall. Miata for the daily, c5 for the cruises along the coast on the weekends.
I put a supercharger on my '05 CTS-V with the LS6. Put your foot down in second gear at 1500 RPM, and the rear tires would just light up. So much fun but expensive buying tires. I'm impressed that the C6 in this video doesn't lose traction. Sure goes like a rocket.

@@ryanrake2714 Highly recommend them. They were the best radials I had ever used. If not looking for a drag radial i also like my R888s on another vette that was used to autox
It had an oil cooler but with the location of the intercooler and radiator it didn't get the air flow it obviously needed. Ended up changing the oil every month or so to prevent it from breaking down from the heat.
@@Fa5Squad Yea I got rid of the car years ago and only owned it for about 8 months. I think I did 5 oil changes in that time and put on 5k very hard miles. Never had any major issues besides a collapsed lifter.
Ee und ich habe die Arbeit im Moment noch nicht e der e der e der richtige Empfänger sind ist die Arbeit im Team und bin dann treffen wir euch trotzdem einen guten Start
Youre not wrong, at the time this video was made I had just put on new MT ET Streets. Had never used those radials before and wasnt sure how it would handle. Didnt want to trash the car until I was comfortable but also wanted to see if the 345s could keep the power planted.
Why would you be stupid enough to assume it was sped up when that was the vette's golden years before all these green flakes started coming in and screwing everything up? That car will accelerate like that irl all day long with a few adjustments. You're just too namby pamby tp ride in it. Bad bowtie!
