Hey buddy love your Sherp content if you haven't upgraded your output shaft to the HD one available and center chain to the oil bath dual chain upgrade I would definitely recommend it. I have broke both a few times. And it is possible to get them stuck but easy to get them unstuck and back partying.

New England is the perfect setting for the Sherp. Your in Massachusetts and there is some great spots to drive the Sherp I live in NH and I can see in my neck of the woods the Sherp is the perfect NH vehicle . awesome video , thanks for sharing.

Im guessing most places have laws where tires can't stick out further than the bodywork so it probably helps with that. As well in the water it will help keep water under the fender and flowing might be quite turbulent without it.

That sherp is looking good. Can’t wait to see it with the roll cage and the turbocharger upgrades. It looked liked quite a lot more power with that throttle upgrade now it can do wheel stands.

This channel is top tier content for RU-vid. One day they're building a van for their assistant with headlight updates, the other day they'll building ICE'd Tesla and the next they're polishing Sherp or test driving random Chinese EVs. Always something fresh and not the same project straight for months.

I see a habit of the neighbors calling the police on you for BS. The other time was when you got some wood scraps from the dumpster of a construction site in your neighborhood. The guy that confronts you knows who you are, but still calls the police. The police came to your home took the wood scraps and then asked to see paperwork on all of your vehicles.

The aluminum Sherp cabs are made from are wrapped and coated BEFORE each piece is cut and installed. Makes it easier and much faster. That’s why the rivets are over the wrap.

they probs put the film on before riveting because when wrapping over rivets you tend to trap little bits of air in the middle and around the collar, causing the film to let go over time. Also its way easier to install on flat panels, if you had the chance to wrap the Sherp while it was being put together thats how i would have done it. 👌

Things my neighbors have "tattled on me" for: 1) Having the nerve to change the suspension and wheel bearings on one of my BMW's In My Driveway! 2) Reporting my awesome outdoor fireplace to the fire department and zoning department (because they have little crappy fire pits) Zero infractions or laws broken BTW! 3) Calling the police on me for having a farewell party on the patio, (with a fire in the fireplace) for friends who were moving out of the country. (It was 9:02 PM In July and we were disturbing the peace by "laughing too loudly". I"m sure there will be future tattling! Rich, my recommendation is to visit them and introduce yourself and give them a gift...They will Not Know how to handle such "agressiveness." ( I was going to give a dozen ear plug "roses", but wifey shot me down!

Rich! one thing you might want to think of doing, and this is a super easy replacement, is swapping out that old windshield wiper for a new one to avoid streaking/damaging the glass. just a thought. love the vid, looks fantastic.

Regarding the mud flap trim thing, does Mass have a law where it needs to stay there? In NH, it's illegal to have tires that stick out past the bodywork, so those flaps would be required to be road legal since they sort of extend the width of the bodywork.

The flaps are a requirement in MA unfortunately Chapter 90: Section 7 - "...Every passenger motor vehicle which is equipped with tires which extend beyond the fenders or body of such vehicle and which is operated in or upon any way shall be equipped with flaps or suitable guards to reduce such spray or splash to the rear and sides..." You're allowed to have protruding tyres, because it's off-road, but you have to have "flaps" of some description XD. Think the ruffling was more to do with the bodywork damage tbh.

17:15 fab up water jackets that fit the motors from a large rear drive unit and that ought to be enough continuous power for a cyber tank.

The point of the floppy side molding is too protect the aluminum hull when colliding with things. It doubles as a mud flap but its a actually a bumper guard. .
