I feel like Dan should have to write an earnest book report on Superman - I would love to see Dan recounting some of the more ridiculous and wild things Superman has done throughout history.
If I knew nothing about Superman my first question would be "why does this alien race look exactly like humans?"" Like I get that they might have similar features but Supes is literally just a dude
It's a Blight Club rule that you play on Normal Difficulty, but it's also a Blight Club rule that you have to see credits to call it done, isn't it? Given the conflict between the two rules, I feel like this should have gone to the higher power (Alex Navarro) to determine how to proceed.
@@whosniffedme Ape Out was fine haha Getting Over it has a 5.8 on metacritic user reviews. No metascore. Would be fun to watch any of the fellas suffer through it. Philosophically it is extremely well written though. Not a bad game in the sense that it is mechanically broken or unfair; so it might not be true blight club material on the META-narrative of it alone. Def has a higher success rate than SuperMan64 and it was actually designed to be frustrating. When my brother and I rented SM64 as kids, I could have told you then that there would be no defenders of it 😂 Baby Steps could still be bad though lol
I've played video games for a very long time. I remember renting superman 64 and thinking 'this is the worst game I've ever played.' I have yet to come across another game that has affected me as negatively. Edit: this episode of blight club is pure magic. It's worse than I remember.
I'm truly intrigued by the fact that they were somehow able to pick up AFTER the ring section at 14:26. I'm wondering if the fact that he waited so long to to hit restart had something to do with it

i wish i enjoyed this as much as mike minotti. its pretty funny but not that funny. that laugh is aggressive edit: man, i didn't even see when he went out of bounds, damn, that's another level entirely.
If I had fuck-you money, like I sold Minecraft or something, I'd assemble a studio to remake this game but make it good. Just for the lols. Like make the controls good and the graphics great but have the exact same missions and level layout
