In May of 1948 a hot dog stand was begun here to help its owner work his way through school. Your friendship has made that stand grow into the most pleasant drive-in we know of anywhere.

No emeril no food network the food network became big because of emeril Lagasse period. Back when there was good legit cooking shows not the nonsense and all the stupid competition shows on it today

Put whatever kinds of toppings you like. But I'm telling you that the two things that are non-negotiable with hot dogs are: 1) You MUST use a natural casing hot dog. If the hot dog you are eating doesnt snap when you bite into it, throw it out and go get a real dog with a natural casing. 2) Never, ever, ever, ever, ever steam or boil hot dogs. Grill or fry them. Trust me....not following these two rules is like building a beautiful house on a bad foundation. Do these two steps and you'll wonder why you did not try these before.
