School Superintendent: Mr. Chris D. Funk, called the police on a citizen who was NOT breaking the law. How ignorant and outrageous his conduct was for a School Superintendent to believe he owns the building. He wants to lock down his building from the public . . . Also, Mr. Chip Dehnert: Public Information and Community Relations Officer behaved so poorly. They have a colossal sense of entitlement and ownership and are surprised to learn they work for the public. How can we get these public servants educated or fired?

This has to be one of your better videos. As a 28-year veteran of law enforcement, I have to say I like the way you help re-educate a lot of these officers and deputies. I actually encourage a lot of my road deputies to watch your videos to help remind them of some of the basic rights a few have forgotten. Keep up the good work.

Although, I 100% Agree with what You say, it’s unfortunate, that because B.A.T. does his educating so well. Those Officers felt embarrassed, so while They had no choice but to do Their duties the Right way, the Only way We know what was said to the Public employees after They were embarrassed in front of Them, is more than likely, Not favourable in backing up what He intends to do moving forward. That is why, when He comes back the next day, or the following week, as in past videos, They lock the doors. If The Police reintegrated that, It was His Constitutional Protected Right to record in any Public areas, and ANYONE Who enters their Public building CAN DO THE SAME, rather Than secretly saying, “He’s just purposely trying too BAIT THEM, get Them too Call the Police, so He can DO TO THEM WHAT HE DID” which If They had of Done Their jobs Correctly, and been professional, He would have never had to be firm, speak about, the Cops mouth full of snuff, how unprofessional, and disrespectful looking that is for an Officer, etc. It is Their own behaviour that make Them FEEL EMBARRASSED, and WE KNOW COPS Are Far too Egotistical, to let Anyone get 1 up on Them. I like watching Long Island audit and he’s good to and actually does lawsuits and fallows up but bay stay on his ground and takes arrest to really exercise his rights and that take so much because Long Island does it diferente he tries to avoid arrest and don’t stay on his brown but I still respect the way he does it because he’s another good auditor but bay is diferente and he doesn’t back down

It's not only about filming. You don't have to give up your 4th amendment rights to enter a public building. They don't have the right to require you to sign in in a public building, this is unconstitutional. They can not restrict your visit either. Filming is a whole other story and they can not restrict that either, but at the core, it's about public access. This is what they were hung on. Signing in. I've seen numerous auditors achieve such policies to get trashed, because they are against the constitution. Period.

How is a Public School District Private?? It’s public property. The 1st Amendment applies. Can be filmed and videod. Trespass cannot happen. Unless you are charged with a crime. No ID unless accused of a crime. OUR CIVIL RIGHTS.

Great Audit as usual. I really liked the fact that the Superintendent realized he had no authority to control your access and the Cops verified this to him. He walks around the building thinking he has 100% control but now he knows that he doesn't have 100% in the Public Access Areas. Keep up the good work!

Okay this was absolutely my favorite audit ever! I laughed out loud three times in the middle of a good reason to be depressed in my life right now. So thank you so much for cheering me up. The way you conduct yourself, the way you take in a fun way, always laughing, and also responsive when need to be! I loved it! Wish the other guys (audit people) would learn from you. I would add to the end to the public servants that you are doing an “investigative journalism in how public officials conduct themselves and how professional their are, and if they are worthy of our tax money” Because they really need to know we are watching!!

He's not just fighting for our 1st Amendment right. He's fighting for ALL of our rights. Just because it's a 1st Amendment audit, doesn't mean that multiple Amendments and rights don't come into play (i.e. 4th Amendment, 5th Amendment, etc) so yeah, BAT is fighting for ALL of our rights! 👏
