Starring in a major TV series is incredibly stressful for any actor, with loss of all privacy, intense daily scrutiny - And worst of all, bullshit speculation and rumor pushed by clickbait-y headlines to attract followers.

I have not checked out season 3 yet, but the new actor looks soo akward. Jonathan was always the more confident and popular one and Elsass was playing him as such. The new actor looks like he is scared to step out of his room and his only friends is his mom. Hopefully it is not like so and it is just that one akward shot in the trailer.

Correction, this show does NOT take place in the "Arrowverse". Despite the Arrowverse using the same actors to play Superman (Tyler Hoechlin), Lois Lane (Bitsie Tulloch), and John Diggle (David Ramsey) those are all DIFFERENT versions of the characters, who just happen to be played by the same actors as used in the arrowverse continuity. This show is set in a new, separate "Superverse" with no connection to previous the "Arrowverse" (which will end soon and be replaced by the Superverse on streaming media). There is no mention of Supergirl, Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning, Batwoman, Lucifer, Smallville, Flash 1990, or any of the DCEU films on this show. Nor are there any references to the actions of the Superman, Lois, or Diggle from that continuity. Jon and Jordan Kent do not exist in the Arrowverse. It is unclear at the moment if Stargirl will be in the Arroverse, the Superverse, or neither. All of the previous TV shows and films take place in the same "DC Multiverse". Superman & Lois is Not part of the Arrowverse. That was established at the end of season 2. According to Lois's father Superman is the only hero on that Earth. But he says there are other Earth's with thier own super heroes.

Tbh, I wanted to love this movie, and ended up just thinking it was okay. I think Season 1 of the CW The Flash series handled this story better. I guess this Barry just doesn't care who murdered his mom? Idk. I will say this film made me want to see Nicolas Cage/Tim Burton "Superman Lives" movie. Man, that could have been something unique/special.

It started out in HBO Max like a star girl not the CW. Yes a version of Superman has teamed up with the other hero's I don't believe it's the same one. He doesn't say or mention anything about his cousin or the flash. The death of the the arrow verse I think just made it permanent. But Superman and Lois is better off without it.
