Superman & Lois 1x12 "Through the Valley of Death" Season 1 Episode 12 Sneak Peek - DAVID RAMSEY (“ARROW”) GUEST STARS - Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and John Henry Irons (Wole Parks) can’t seem to agree on the best way to stop Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner). Meanwhile, Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) encourages Jordan (Alex Garfin) to focus on strengthening his powers to help locate their dad. Lastly, an old friend is brought in to help with the search. Elizabeth Tulloch, Jordan Elsass, Alex Garfin, Inde Navarette, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Erik Valdez, Dylan Walsh and Wole Parks also star. (112). I feel bad for him has I didn't love how he treated lois but I understand he was doing what was best for his hometown and its not fair that he's getting this. He's not a God he made a mistake how he deals with that mistake and learn from it is all that matters. Just like superman he isn't a God I know he gets treated like one but he isn't he makes mistake like all other heroes

It's like when people try to act like George Bush was the only one behind the Iraq invasion. As if the whole of america wasn't behind him when he started.

Kind of reminds me how the radical right-wing *instantly* turns against any of their own who do not support absolutely *everything* on their agenda. Especially since Lois (i.e. "city-dwelling liberal journalist") was met with such hostility for trying to warn them about a rich con artist whose smiling face concealed plans to hurt them for his own gain...

Same. Edge used him, he used everyone in the town. Kyle may have been one of his biggest supporters but he wasn't the only one, they all welcomed Edge into Smallville as a community. And now, despite the tons of people who cheered on Edge, and the multitude of people implanted with a Kryptonian consciousness, it seems poor Kyle is the only one being torn down for it and taking the blame. That man just had his idol manipulate his home, take over his body, and almost kill his family, he doesn't need judgement, he needs comforting. I haven't liked Kyle throughout the show if I'm being honest, he just seemed like a jerk in the beginning, but now I feel sad for him.

I can understand why Kyle's angry and depressed. He was one of the major supporters of Morgan Edge and he was wrong about him. Morgan Edge transmogrified everybody into supersoldiers. Just like all villagers in every village, they all always point fingers at the first victims.

I do feel bad for Kyle. I will admit that I didn't like Kyle at first, but he really did have the best of intentions for smallville. Lois Lane was able to see that. Kyle doesn't deserve the harassment for what Morgan Edge did.

I was happy when Emmanuelle Chriqui was cast in this show. She really adds a lot to the scenes she is in. Overall the casting for this show has been quite good.

@Mostaverse maybe, but more likely that the writers just don’t know how or have the time to write additional story lines for another character. It happens all the time. Happy days, boy meets world, that 70s show, family matters. Characters just disappear. Also it’s hard to use child actors because they can only work like 5 hours a day due to labor laws.

"She went up the stairs and just never came down" A trope coined by Family Matters when a child character is low-key killed off via just never showing up again due to writers not able think of what to do with them so the actor gets fired and the character just never shows up and the characters never awknowledge the change or in rare mentions referring to having kids.

Ive been trying to give this show a chance since the begining. Bad enough the had to go back to Smallville with this show with a stupid excuse, but with all the soap opera drama, ( a CW staple ,it seems) they make any actoin in the show some kind of afterthought. Thats how they lost Supergirl, thats how theyre losing audieneces for Legends, The Flash, Batwoman 2.0 and thats how they destroyed Black Lightning ,which had the most promise. Leave Superhero shows to Superhero people.

Plus, she's too young to really interact much with her sister and the boys because they're in high school. They probably wanted Lana to have more than one kid, since Clark and Lois have two, but the decision to go with a younger one limits how relevant she can be to the story.
