It will definitely be a different take on the live action Luthors as Helbing is bringing back the openly bloodthiristy world conquering super scientist that has not been seen since the Lyle Talbot incarnation of the "Atom man versus Superman" serial as most live action versions have been either extensions of corporate overlord Lex or master manipulators such as Cryer's

I’m so excited for season 3 to start!! I’ve been doing a rewatch of season 1 and 2 to get even more excited!! It’s such a good show! I love the quality of every part of the show! I’m very interested and excited to see a new version of Lex introduced!!

When John Byrne took over Superman Luthor started out as a red head. He lost hair over time.

Luthor always had red hair and kept a full lead of red hair throughout his entire life. That version is ALEXEI Luthor and is the basis of Helbing version -- NOT the corporate overlord from Byrne 1986 reboot you mention which has been well explored over the years

If a line from the story is kept I think most will understand why no former actor would have accepted for THIS version "NEVER "Lex"! Luthor! Do you hear me? LUTHOR -- the only true Luthor!" it will be a terrific exploration of Luthor's background if kept which I believe will be

I have one big issue with the show and it’s the suit, the suit looks terrible and looks like he’s wearing a muscle suit and it’s so astounding to me that this is a Hollywood grade suit it looks like a cheap cosplay knock off and doesn’t suit the actors body well at all.

Superman and lois is unbelievable and very awesome ever I honestly do like superman and lois prime season 3 with Lex Luther going to be very excited to see it is definitely cool ever nicely

I'm excited to see a new Lex Luthor for Superman & Lois we have had great Lex Luthor's from Gene Hackman in The Donnerverse Christopher Reeve Superman films to Rosey Michael Rosenblum in Smallville (my favorite Lex Luthor live action to date) and Jon Cryer's Lex Luthor in Supergirl also Clancy Brown the DCAU voice of Lex Luthor in Superman TAS and Justice League Unlimited. Jessie Eisenberg Lex Luthor in the DCEU was not a huge fan of his Lex was too over the top and acted more like The Ridder than Lex Luthor. I'm excited to see what Michael Cudlitz brings to the role of Lex Luthor liked him Michael in The Walking Dead. Super can't wait for Superman & Lois Season 3 next week !!!
