Superman saves Lois/ superman& Lois 1x03 

Arguably one of if not my favorite scene from the show. Ppl think Superman was weak but it shows his adaptability. He doesn’t go full strength until he realizes this guy can take hits. Plus he switches it up by using his freeze breath when the other guy just tries to muscle his way through. This and the thunderclap scene are my favorites

That finishing hook delivered at superspeed was way too stylish.

First time I saw this scene when Supes got laid out I was like yep, typical CW trying to play down Superman and make him a p**sy. But when he got up and started serving the big baddie I stood up and started cheering and clapping and said respect this man!!! Well played writers. Well played.

Damn the music in this scene is amazing.

I don't know why, but the part on 2:08 reminds me of an episode of Smallville. In Smallville 2x20 a young Clark had to deal with criminals that were giving themselves super strength by inhaling liquidated kryptonite in order to commit robberies and 1 of them was a fellow classmate of Clark's that was trying to use his drug enhanced powers to cheat in baseball. When Clark tried to stop 1 of their robberies he found out that because of the krytonite in their bodies along with their super strength and the fact that they outnumbered him, that he couldn't easily beat them through brute force and lost to them. Although Clark survived and told the police about who the robbers were, 1 of the robbers named Eric almost killed Clark's parents and they decided to leave until Clark could find a way to beat them. Before they left Jonathan told Clark to remember that although the robbers he was facing may outnumber him and have his super strength, that they didn't have any of his other powers and to use them to give himself a fighting chance. When Clark faced the robbers for the final time he also used his heat vision, super speed and invulnerability to his advantage to out maneuver their superior numbers amd strength to finally beat them. In this scene Superman saw that his strength alone wasn't enough, so instead he used a combination of his super breath, speed and strength to give himself an edge to beat him.
