In my opinion, supplements are highly overrated and highly over advertised. My supplement stack used to be HUGE, taking every highly regarded pill, powder, and placebo that the internet told me would lead to fitness gains. I stopped taking supplements altogether, and over time I gradually started introducing ones that had valid scientific evidence, and used my personal experience to decide which was giving me the benefits I was looking for.
