I do eat a Keto/ low carb diet. I don’t want to miss out on anything… I do take AG1, Vitamin D, magnesium and Vital proteins. So far so good! I do think taking supplements does help prevent getting sick too👍🏼. Thanks for sharing 💕
I think supplement it does help from getting sick , especially vitamins C. I remember when Covid came, some of the Dr. note to us all to take a good vitamins C to prevent as much as possible .
I have some issues with my liver and water retention, so I use magnesium and n acetyl l cysteine. I also love watching Dr Sten Ekberg who has some great info I use in conjunction with your channel ❤ also, whole foods had a stevia collagen sweetener I use in my drinks to get my collagen
Dr. Sten Ekberg is a Chiropractor and a fully committed Scientologist you’d get better vitamin/health advice from your doctor. Dr Sten Ekberg has disconnected himself from his son. Not a good person.
I do as a preggo lady in the 3rd trimester… Liver capsules Lemon water for natural vitamin C with liquid calcium added Electrolyte water Probiotics at night Calm magnesium before bed I’m 32 weeks pregnant and if I don’t do at least these every day my body feels it. That calm stuff is the only way I’m going to sleep comfortably at this point. I also take d-mannose in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee because it fights off utis and they’re SUPER common during pregnancy. It totally works. I really wanna try that bone broth now! I think that would definitely be a great thing to add for me. Loved this video! ❤
But please know to check with a Doctor before taking any supplements. Also per doctors you need to watch how much magnesium you take and what kind. Also people with certain diseases like kidney disease have to be very careful. Thank you
Doctors don't know anything about supplements. They take a semester of nutrition, if that, on vitamins that are synthetic. Ask any doctor how much the we're taught about nutrition. Truly, ask them. I'm a 12 health and wellness practitioner and a 9 year Stage 3 Melanoma Cancer survivor no drugs and no radiation. My doctors have me a 20% chance of survival if I didn't do their protocol. Odds are I'd be dead right now had I. That's not to say people haven't been helped by doctors but Healthcare in this country is one of the worst in the world. Traumacare is #1! You want to be in this country if you're in an accident, but if you're sick, they'll never tell you to go to a holistic doctor in addition to them. They can't! Unless they're in private practice, they'll get their license pulled! It's just sad!!
I changed my ear of eating to a wholefood, low/no sugar diet. No processed foods. No synthetics. I also added supplements that optimized my immune system, lowered my inflammation, balanced hormones (very important for hormone related cancers), and a really good multi-vitamin that is food and plant based in a veggie cap with no synthetics. God gave us everything we need in nature to heal our bodies. Your immune system is the ONLY this that beats disease. If you give it the proper nutrition, it knows how to heal itself.
I take Dr Bergs Vitamin d3 + k2 😊 changed my life, thank you so much for this video myra! Not too many RU-vidrs that I’ve seen post their daily supplement regimen so this was so helpful especially coming from you
Cost Price Supplements has a very good tasteless protein powder. I put it in soups, sauces, coffee, shakes, water, baking etc. Just like JSHealth it's Australian too 🇦🇺💖
Hi, I just started watching your videos and they’re great ❤I started using a supplement called Himalayan Shilajit and I’m feeling great, it’s loaded with lots of minerals like magnesium and a lot more I add to my coffee or tea in the morning so if you never heard of it I would recommend you try it or maybe read about 👍🏼 I also use Sea Moss daily 😊
I have taken ag1 for over 2 year's haven't been sick or anemic since 6 months into taking in everyday. Thank you for all the tips I would love to take a few of the supplements you take but can't see the link?
I just started my health/weight loss journey yesterday and I don’t take ANY supplements anymore, so I really appreciate this video! I bought some LMNT packets based off of your recommendation and I’m so excited to try them!
These are all good idea but you get all this stuff for free for promoting them? I wanted to buy but so expensive .. all these products can't afford on fixed income 😢
The vast majority of people are deficient in sodium, yet they are scared of it. It's sad. We need to get away from processed foods, table salt, and other junk and start using good quality like Redmond's Real Salt. I use a lot of what you use. I don't use a multi vitamin because of the beef orgasm supplements having absolutely everything we need in them in regard to vitamins. I recently added a good quality cod liver oil capsule and krill oil capsule into my daily regimen.
the American diet is actually way too high in sodium, deficiency is uncommon. your body also does not differentiate if your salt is "unrefined" or not. sorry i'm not trying to be rude just wanted to caution you as a high sodium diet is likely to negatively impact your health
