Hip Mobility for surfers is a must. Our hips need to be able to be flexible and strong to be able to do a lot of moves surfing requires.
In this video you will see a few stretches and mobility exercises for the hips aiming at the flexibility required for Ninja Cheater 5.
Step by step exercises slowly stretches adductors with a little glute strength for lower body mobility, and happy unrestricted hip action. Find the best variation for your body and always have fun.

I really wish they discussed the issue with people that cant get their heel flat in more detail. Also, those of us who fall backward during these activities.
