I'll be anxious to see what drivetrain you install. I recently went with the wireless SRAM gx axs 10/52 on my Salsa Fargo, and so far, I love it. The battery seems to last about 150 miles on a charge. I keep an extra battery in my bag just in case. Another drivetrain I really liked was the Shimano Deore XT 12 speed. It was very smooth when dialed in.
Hi Mitch, wondering where you got the curry fork. I may be buying the last of these this year, but it comes with the FS and drop post. Shop says they don't stock anything but black.
Ofcourse this framers not for commuting.. but.. I want a krampus so bad.. for everyday riding (asphalt) and some bike packing. Would you recommend it? Pls say yes :D
Hi, I was wondering if you weighed the frame. If not, could weight it? Even with some components on it I could still calculate its weight and you would do a great favor to me.
Did you have any trouble fitting the rear 180mm brake rotor? I read another review said that a 160mm was tight with the axle all the way forward. Did you need slide the axle/wheel back?
