it would be nice if they released their source code and gave the community the tools they need to reboot the multiplayer, you see this as a common trend these days by some dev teams, either way with enough time and energy people can bring it back but these simple bits of help from devs make it exponentially easier.
Used to play this game years back and recently picked it back up, and only recently heard it was shutting down. A little saddened, honestly, but I hope the dev team is safe as of now, and their next project worth the wait.
@@soyberg6763 Not true, the old Stalker 2 didn't really have any reloads. It only had one that was just a test and looks worse than the bad reloads. Vostok reanimated most of the old weapons in around 2015, sadly some never got reanimated and have the same animations since at least 2013 (toz122 and remington 870 as examples). Later both animators left the company, so that didn't help either
from my understanding trigger discipline is a western phenomenon. in Russia and a lot of eastern countries people rest their trigger finger on the far end of the trigger guard, inside the trigger guard.
Ain't PK a sorta "open bolt" machine gun? I mean it needs to chamber a round right? So pulling the bolt before putting the belt isn't necessary CMIIW,maybe it's different for each PK variants like bullpup and pecheneg idk.
For every open bolt machine gun, pulling the bolt back before changing the belt is recommended because it's more easier to align the bolt into the plate.
@@M4skedBoi but you do know right if PK's bolt need to be closed in order to load/chamber a round. So,in recommended way you have to pull the bolt first remove any object in the battery(i.e, ammo link,or belt),decock the bolt,insert fresh belt and then cock it again? Or like the one in MW2019? Or you can explain to me how because i'm genuinely confused how it actually works,beside knowing how it works from simulator game.
@@ALX_6.11 Oh damn completely forgot that PK works differently than other typical MGs and it chambers a round. But yeah the MW reload is still the most efficient/manual way to do it.

FNC doesn't have a last round bolt hold open so it's technically correct, though strange to reload it like that. Also the shotgun animations are, on top of being quite bad, mechanically impossible, as the carrier blocks the loading port from being accessed into the magazine.
Oh it doesn't. got confused with its variants like AK5. Also yeah maybe because the gun is in bad condition but Iraqi reloading the FNC looks a little unnecessary.
It's sad to see this game go, but in all honesty i stopped caring when they announced it'd shut down. They never put any effort into the game in the 10 years it's ran, and out of the 3 i've played it's always been the same bullshit, hell the servers i'd play on had people aimbotting every 3 matches until last year. But, survarium being a spiritual successor of STALKER ended up being that game that i played because the dev's worked at GSC but hated because everyone was so high level and the starter guns were shit XD
