Episode 10: Food self-sufficiency without that much food. Max is shoring up the project by making as much cheese as he can while vegetables and staples are running perilously low. But he finds hitherto undiscovered potatoes and experiments with sprouting seeds. Man does not live by cheese alone.

About This Series
Formerly known as 'No Milk Today', this channel is dedicated to a total food self-sufficiency project. Max aims to spend a year from September 2022 to September 2023 only eating and drinking food produced on his small farm in the South West of England - and only allowing himself two imports - salt and tap water.
