For everyone curious how Tzuyang manages to eat all of the food, check out her Q&A video where she went to the hospital and got a full checkup. Her doctor said she’s healthy and she doesn’t have any disorders. She just digests food faster than others.

The tests done by the doctors wouldn't be able to diagnose a lot of digestive issues. It was all blood tests. It's possible her stomach empties too fast so her body doesn't absorb much of what she eats. It requires specialized tests to diagnose. But at least the blood tests showed that she's getting enough nutrients and generally healthy.

Yeah I believe someone said that her body needs more calories as it doesn't absorb much of a regular amount so to get enough nutrients she just eats insane portions and doesn't get full @@AdamantErinyes

To be fair, Tzuyang isn't a fast easter so she probably didn't eat that in 8 seconds lol. She does live mukbangs and it's usually 2-3 hours but she just eats a LOT

(i've never sat through a whole mukbang video before because it grosses me out lol) my only guess would be they cover their mouth pretending to laugh, cough or speak but they actually spit out a mouthful of food into their hand and discreetly throw it to a bin under the table. but even then it'd look obvious if they do it too much lol

Tzuyang actually have stomach or intestine medical health problem. She talked about it before and this is the reason why she have to eat a lot so she can feel herself full. Her metabolism is something different

@@aligin Take note of key phrase 'easily eat'. She is a freak of nature and it is amazing that she can naturally eat so much. Many 'food fighter' type of mukbangers are not naturally easily able to eat a lot. I actually don't approve of people forcing themselves to eat so much and yes, wasting food. But for Tzuyang, she has to eat more than other people naturally to function normally. If you think a bit that's the point of my comment.

Pretty sure tzuyang has a condition where she doesn’t absorb all the nutrients in whatever she eats, so she has to eat way more to get the same amount of nutrients or calories or whatnot. And therefore her stomach hormones doesn’t signal her fullness too, so we can’t compete with her hahaha

Tzuyang has a condition where she only absorbs 15% of what she eats. She takes 10min breaks when she gets relatively full. I guess she's a long distance eater

@@chesiresays To my understanding her condition basically doesn't allow her to process all the food she eats well and often has an upset stomach because of it/has to use the bathroom after videos. The average human stomach can hold up to 400ml (last I remember), most of the food she eats in one video easily surpasses that so there IS training/high stomach elasticity.

Eating fast is actually correct. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the message your stomach’s full so it’s those 20mins that you have to work with to eat the most possible, then you start to slow down.

Lol, guys. I believe that tzuyang just got a higher metabolism than you. I really like her videos (and less of the other mukbangers from anywhere with diseases of eating), because I think, she's really hungry and not throwing away any food easily. On the other hand, anyone may pity her for her metabolism. But she made out her way and that's why I think, she is great. In Germany, we talk about it as to "aus der Not eine Tugend machen" (kind of "make a virtue of necessity"). That's my opinion, nothing against you surviving your own challenge. 😊

Im an avid tzuyang watcher and she also takes a long time to eat finish but she'll never get full and she can keep eating more even when she finish cuz she digest so fast , and sometime the video she couldnt bc the store is about to close or she has to leave soon and just pack the food and go home and eat/ share .
