Rob made a good point regarding Natalie choosing to opt out the fire challenge. She could have not only break the alliance by winning the fire challenge herself, but also made her biggest move of all to overcompensate her major absent in the game.
ikr and when natalie said that she was satisfied with her game without having to compete against tony in fire was i was kind of shook. not because she was satisfied with herself but because she had not even factored in on the jury when making her decision. the jury ultimately get to decide who the winner is so it really doesn't matter if natalie is satisfied or not but instead if the jury is satisfied or not.
And she could have lost the challenge as well. I've seen way to many overconfident and cocky 'I'm gonna win for sure' contestants that lost the challenge to some city boy/girl who has never even lit a match before.
Yes, when she said “I played the best game for the person who I am” I was like yessss. It’s hard to compete/be compared with Tony and Nathalie and she is spot on in saying she just can’t play the way they do and she did what she could.
for some reason, Michelle's game pattern is that, not winning anything in the beginning to middle and then winning challenges when it mattered the most. The 3 tier structure puzzle comeback was so impressive. I was rooting for her since then
Lol. She’s one of the biggest goats the game has seen. Nothing proud about being seen as such a non-threat that you get dragged to the end and get 0 votes.
@@mohaumafojane8628 he's not upset. He isn't going to vote Michele, he thinks about voting Tony but see's Natalie as someone who might also deserve it. Rob doesn't know everything that's happened on the island so he is giving her a change to sway his mind by asking the critical questions that's been putting him off from voting her.
Yes but you need to see it from the jury perspective, she was not in control of the merge game, tony was playing better than her. Though she play really well as well too bad she played against tony.
people r saying that natalie would win if she’d take out tony herself but she really wouldn’t. not even a plurality. - tony, ben, denise were locked. - kim n sophie were tight with her. - yul was anti natalie, amber was anti edge. - nick, adam, danni were picking 2nd (michelle) but if tony wasn’t in the finale they’d vote sarah. - rob’s a mix bag but he’d prolly vote sarah. - natalie receives jeremy, parvati, tyson n ethan votes. - michelle receives wendell’s vote.
Michele's up there with Parvati as one of greatest female survivor ever. She outplayed Kim, Sarah and Sophie who were also up there as the greatest female survivors. Natalie's also a beast and extremely smart but getting voted out first should count a little bit against her. Natalie's like cross between Ozzy and Sandra so she is extremely good.
Right. I mean, unfortunately we havent had many new school amazing female players. Shan and Wentworth are legends sure. But in regards to Best Female players. Is really Natalie, Michele and Sarah. Who were before Erika, the latest female winners and imo, Erika is nothing compared to those 3.
No need this is why Winners at War it's at is best because they have the same mutual respect with each other. Compare to normies bitter jury on some last season who couldn't accept defeat
Old school Survivor juries were a mess! 1 question per juror and a lot of them were throw away questions. This format at least gives each finalist a chance to answer every question and explain their actions completely.
@@shawnhoelscher8164 They all have an opportunity to talk if they wanted to. If a jury member already has their mind made up 100% then why ask any questions? Having the old format forced every jury member to ask a question even when they already knew who they were going to vote for no matter what, which is why there were so many stupid questions.
Anyone else think Natalie had a really poor performance here it feels like Tony had a counter argument to everything she said negatively about him. Also Rob was kind of grilling her about her post eoe game. Tony was going to win but Natalie kind of shit the bed here in my opinion
Yeah i rooted for her..I wish she was able to convince the jury that fighting to be back in the game from the edge when all hope is gone and being able to dominate the last immunity challenges deserves a win. Natalie might not have won but she's a star and they all know it.
What did Michelle do for the jury to focus on, exactly? Oh that’s right - She did absolutely nothing. Hence she got the attention and 0 votes she deserved.
In my opinion when ur out ur out and that’s how I like it. Ppl who make it to the end after being voted out soooo freaking early even 1st out and then getting 4 votes is horrific to me
It's SURVIVOR. Unless it's a natural disaster like in MVGX they have to deal with it. Obviously if someone gets sick they get medical attention and all the contestants know the chance of it raining during the season is high so packing a jacket or 2 in your luggage is smart so when/if you get voted out you have it.
Michele portrayed herself as a player, who depended on everybody else. She did not prove that she had anything under control or that she could’ve done anything by herself
Nothing was IN her control. She was purposefully left out of votes because she was such a good social player. That was part of Tony's plan. She said it a few times this tribal council, she didn't have any strong alliances until Natalie and that was obvious for both of them to do.
Tony said himself that he was scared of Michele's social skills and was scared that she would break up his alliance. So Tony purposely would leave her out of the vote. Michele had no choice but to play the underdog game.
well, "everyone else" didn’t ally with her to depend on. it’s not like it was s1 barneo, there were alliances within alliances n she was left out of the majority so i don’t think "she could’ve done anything herself" cuts it.
I agree with this she had to depend on everyone else to get to the end. Tony made moves and wasn’t even targeted . Natalie doesn’t have the social skills cause she seems all high and mighty and thinks she’s superior. Rob said it himself why did you isolate everyone when that would have been a good opportunity to build relationships that would have given her more votes
I think he just was questioning Tony hard. You can tell he still likes and respects him and was laughing at his answers. He just voted FOR Natalie who he’s close to irl, he wasn’t voting AGAINST Tony.
Spoilers I'm very greatful Tony won, I thought Natalie was deserving to be back in the game, but damn did they do Michelle dirty this final tribal council. She had 0 votes between her, Natalie and Tony when she played a great outlasting game. She managed to stay in the background, and fought her way to the end when she knew she was in trouble. I just think she deserved atleast a few votes. Congrats Tony!!!
Michelle is a strong player and a really smart one but she also lacks the charisma and social integration part of the game that Tony have. Its true that she has saved herself many times when she was in the bottom, BUT - why is she always there? why is she always trying to save herself in the first place? there is something she is lacking and thats why some people are not drawn to her.
I think k she plays a more silent behind the scenes game which makes it hard to believe she made those big moves she claims. I think her first season she got lucky and her alliance was bitter and weren’t going to vote for aubry because they were a big clique. This season she didn’t make nearly as many moves as Tony and Natalie. And her speech seems the same . And this season I don’t think she had good jury management .
I’m so tired of this expectation that the WINNER of the final 4 challenge should put themselves at risk by taking out the main threat by making fire. Like no girl the point of winning that is to secure your spot at the final 3, shut up.
This whole tribal felt so edited and like so much was left unseen. Also when they started, it was downpouring rain and by the end it was dry and all we saw was like 10 minutes??
I feel like tony didn’t answer the question when he was asked how he blindsided everyone and no one felt burned. He learned that Denise didn’t want him at final tribal from the spy shack and that was it, so I’m not sure why that’s a way he made sure no one felt burned. He kind of just used humor to dodge it.
Jeremy was not bitter at tony. Before the jury, in a jury speak video he say that he respect tony and think he played really well, he vote for nat because of their relationship.
