@@theskull1882 It was Japan made in the RS. It was localised for the fronx. Better than the way you said the crap engine in the punch was SOHC and was adapted from the zest block. Anyways it was designed and developed in Japan. According to your logic he should have bought punch right ?🤣

Yes tata uses SOHC in the Punch like older maruti engines like the F8D , F8B (maruti 800) , F10D (Alto 1.1) , G13BB (esteem/g1 swift) and the G16B( gen1 Baleno ). And that's the reason why tats petrol engines fail at performance and driverbility and in the case of their diesel engine in the Harrier and Safari the 2.0 MJD , it's sourced from Fiat .

Bro its not "shift on fly". When throttle is fully pressed the gear is shifted down to the lowest possible gear with sufficient available revs. Its called kickdown and the switch below the throttle pedal is called the kickdown switch. Also its universal for all modern automatics.

Yes , you are right. I had the term kick down in the back of my head , but It came out as shift on fly , didnt get to use the right term at the right time . I was under a lot stress as it was my first review . Thank you for the correction

Fronx 1L is not an enthusiastic engine it is not very peppy, a decend engine with sufficient power but it is very fine to drive in highways,city and hill stations.

Bro, one correction. The booster jet engine is now locally manufactured in India. Maruti Suzuki has invested a huge sum in its localization and plans to use this engine in other models in the future to recoup the cost incurred in the process. Also, one point which I think you missed out, Zeta has 6 airbags whereas Delta+ has only 2. Nice video, thanks for sharing your knowledge. P.S I also own a Fronx Zeta AT 😊

@georgypjoseph3651 Run only 5k kms till now. In usual city runs between 11-14. Long distance highway drives I've got upto 19KM/L. But overall, avg is around 13 and highly varies on throttle input.

Drive the 1.0 tsi. Low end torque tune cheythu improve cheyyaam… mid range and high end diesel no match for petrol …it depends on where you are driving…for city diesel but for highways 1.5 diesel is no match for tsi engine…owning a 1.0 tsi rapid myself

taigun highline / kushaq equvalent 1.0t torque converter stars at 18lakhs which is 3-4 lakhs in price differance of fronx zeta torque converter , anyone who wants to buy a turbo and an automatic car for around 15 lakhs , there is only one option that is fronx zeta or alpha

I would never regret it , as the car that we had before was a 24yr old M800 which we bought back in 2000 . We weren't here to drive it , for the past 20yr , from 2020 onwards I've been driving it daily. So when I changed from that this there has been a substantial difference in comfort and performance. Also one of the main reason for getting low average is due to the quality of our fuel . It's down right just bad quality fuel .

@@milanmathew6230just curious! Why don't you consider XL6 over this you will get the alpha varient for 13 lakhs and XL6 never got a base model...the zeata XL6 is still the top model without the leather seat,360 camera and seat ventilation
