Screws on the engine aren’t loose the factory uses good tightening specs to keep all seals well under pressure to insure long life if you tighten too much you may cause the seals to flatten out and create bubbles where oil may degrade it and escape by pressure build up second over tightening screws will lead to thread damage and unseen cracks in the engine block follow specs to insure warranty doesn’t get voided in case you want SUZUKI to still accept your bike

Good morning. I have a Hayabusa of the 1999. I see the cylinder head lubrificant hose near the attachments of the exausts. If that hose got to be replace, how the replacement can be done? Thanks

Great work, one question if possible. I noticed on my busa (2000) a "hole" below the starting engine. Parts schemes and workshop manual seems to not mention any screw in there.. can you confirm it or it's a bolt that went wild? Seems not connected to the starting engine behind below it in the empty area.
How much would you charge for a GSX1300R Hayabusa Engine Restoration? I know it can add up based on what you find. An overhaul to make sure the engine is in tip top shape.
a ducati is not more aerodynamically shape than a busa. a busa has more of a teardrop shape vs a ducati sport bike has sharp edges and winglets. the busa’s shape was influenced by wind tunnel testing for top speed. prioritizing high speed and function over looks.
Gearing mainly, the Busa is really tall geared, will do 70mph in 1st, 70-80mph in top gear feels like nothing, you can shift down into 1st at 20mph, low down torque and power from idle means it still has a fast 0-60 time, what is amazing though is it's a very easy bike to ride, it's a big pussy cat.
