Suzuki king quad clutch slipping problem

Great job man! About to replace wet clutch shoes and do sum clutch work on my new to me KQ 700. It has been run with HEAVY 27" silverbacks so im getting a new wet clutch bell and shoes. Went with lime green secondary spring and 26g rollers. Hopefully does the trick, i put my interforce 30s on it (super light on alloy rims) and it gained alot of down low grunt, hope to get that feeling after clutch work! I assumed the clitching was close to my 660 grizzly and ur video showed me its about the same! Thank you, subscribed

The one-way bearing is in backwards. The clutch is supposed to turn CCW not CW.

is the wet clutch oil the same of the engine oil?

This quad only has one clutch and that is a Wet oil clutch, that you did not replace or repair. The CVT drive, which you took apart is not a clutch it's the transmission it does not slip however with that amount oil it probably was slipping.

is there oil in the wet cluch?

How much does a repair like that cost? Looking to buy that same quad but it it too had a noise coming from the clutch

How to you replace the seal behind the secondary clutch? I cant seem to figure it out or find any videos on it
