Yes... There was some hardness in the beginning but after 2nd service everything is good.

@@rajathegreat7815 depends where you are from , in big cities most service centre have spares. In tier2 cities also I have serviced by bike and parts were available. There will be certain parts like the frame of the bike which may not be available immediately in tier2 cities and become available within a week. But most of the regular parts are always available in all service centre. When buying their 250cc bike if you have the option choose the bigger service centre where #of bikes sold is more.

I get 37-38kmpl(simply keep in higher gears) in bangalore peak office traffic, if anyone gets below 35 they need to revaluate there riding style.

@@Footsteps_Ahead the bike likes putting some weight. It rides better with weight actually, becomes more stable. I did bangalore munnar(high inclination roads everyhere) with pillion and 18kg pullage in the top rack.

Hi. I own an Interceptor 650 and l am not happy with the service of RE. I face lotta wobbling issues at the rear wheel at speeds above 80kph and they are not fixing the issue. I’m planning to sell it and get a new bike. Can you suggest some good options for long touring and city rides with good riding ergonomics? I’m a 6 ft 1”tall rider and l prefer engines with good refinement and cruising speed of 110/120kph

Very nice review👌 I will buy the VStrom 250 SX if Suzuki increase the suspension travel, increase the tank capacity to 15 litres, slightly taller handlebars with a revised peg position for ease of riding when standing up on the pegs, also give better brakes and switchtable ABS with a stronger light setup.

Hi, I just wanted to say good review but when compared to the high torque of the scram 411 will the V-strom pull well with a 50 kg passenger and 15 to 17 kg luggage while touring more than 2000 km in a week? Would be really grateful for an honest answer as I am stuck between the scram and 250. Also, if you have a suggestion of your own would absolutely appreciate that. Btw I am just 5 ft 2 in. Also, a factor😅😅

@@anubratapradhan2685 I decided to wait. Since it is only a matter of months before the next year as it has been confirmed that the scram 411 will get an alloy wheel upgrade and an engine update too. Also, there are going to many more launches this coming year.

No, a 250 to 250 is never a upgrade. It might give you some more features but not upgrade. 390 adv or himalayan 450 would be a upgrade. I own a v-storm myself. If you already own a cbr 250 both bike have similar power range you might feel a little bit a power lag coming from cbr in highways.

Sir don't mind asking, media reviewers complain about vibration but you said there isn't any. I know we should personally test ride it, but you guys are PRO and we believe in your opinion. So can this be better than Honda 200 x / Honda 300F as media reviewers are saying even 300F has vibrations I didn't realised it during test ride, as I come from RE 500😄

Coming from RE, all bikes feels like vibrations free watch our video again initially we have told that this is without vibrations but later in the video we have also mentioned vibrations are there only when revv hard if you are at lower gears!

Single cylinder engines will always have some amount of vibration. Comparing with other single cylinders it's the most silent one. Quite happy and smoothe engine. Post 100-110 there will be vibrations on footpeg only.

If you are happy with Gixxer then definitely go for Vstrom since you know pros n cons of Bike already! And if you wish to upgrade from 250 then GS310 or KTM 390 adv is your next step depending upon your preference!

VStrom has same tyres? lol, It has a larger front wheel and the tyres are dual purpose. The suspension is also different both front and rear. The bike has a new larger subframe to support wider seat, longer swing arm for longer wheelbase and has 205mm ground glearance. Go and have a look in person, it is a beast next to the Gixxer.

@@shaarodmahanta2473 I own the bike, and have measuredthe gixxer 250 suspension and driven both. The front has 20% more travel, 120mm vs 100mm of Gixxer 250 and is much softer. The rear has 143mm travel and is completely different which is again more than Gixxer 250. Check the VStrom SX Manual you will find these numbers, which I have. The reviewers were blindly blabbering without looking at any data.

Since you mentioned, you drove gixxer, compared to gixxer suspension kaisa hai, gixxer mei pillion ke halat kharab hojata hai pot holes mei aur isko cruising speed kaisa hai? Should I give a thought to dominar 250? POV: I'm a kind of driver jisko cruising pasand hai at around 90-100 with pillion.

@@snbiswal4599 The XPulse is good only on very very bad roads, but is pathetically bouncy on highway speeds and dangerous on high speed braking due to poor soft suspension, which nose dives. It lacks rear ABS as well, NOT at all safe for touring, unless you want to skid and fall on highways. XPulse is cheap crap compared to VStrom, Go and check out the bikes in showroom, you will find the difference in quality.
