I LOVED this practice, I'm nowhere near the arm balances yet, but the variations are completely accessible. Four months ago, I couldn't get near a wheel pose, and today I did it. I'm 54 years old, and doing things I haven't been able to do since my 20's, I'm also more aware of my body than I've ever been. I can do a head stand! I recommend Tim's classes to anyone who will listen.
Been told by instructors all through college that yoga would benefit my vocal performance and focus/memory on the piano but I hadn't really been able to enjoy it or stay consistent. I never thought I'd get hooked a few years later by randomly finding an incredible youtube channel! I've seen the light! Please keep 'em comin, Mr. Senesi :)
This was a hard one! I've been doing Yoga with Tim for several months and this was the hardest so far, but in a good way. Very challenging. I had to put the YT video player speed on .75 to slow it down a little, but I still couldn't finish it. It gives me something to work on! Thanks.
OMG !!! MY FAAAAAVOURITE POWER YOGA SESSION EVAAAAAAAA !!! strong mens power yoga with arm balances , im in heaven .. anymore like this ??? thank YOU . cheers from australia . troy
Another great session. This one was a little more difficult for me at times with some of the lunges but its a working process. Thank You Tim for sharing
Tim, you are really the best teacher, great exercises, and I have every time small english lessons, you have very good and sweet voice and pronunciation. Big respect from Moscow)))
Could do crow pose for the first time today! I never could figure out how people were able to balance their legs on their arms, mine always seemed to slip, but your instruction to put your legs on the outside of your arms was like, mind blowing...that seems a bit exaggerated, but thank you so so much!
thank you. your video always makes me calm and relax And your description of adjustment is good:D i like your posture, but your friend's practice was beautiful and easy for me to get the image to understand how to adjust myself
Thank you for good hour of yoga :) I could do everything thanks of the trainings of Convict Conditioning from Paul Wade :) and I am really happy that I do everything what was impossible for me one year ago :)
+Rachael Davis I have about 100 videos on RU-vid, although they're not titled sweaty flow, many of the longer videos are just as challenging. Give them a try.
+Yoga With Tim No, I do one of your classes once a day in the morning, try to make a 30 day challenge, so today is my 7 day. By the way what will you recommend for the evening time? May be you got some videos?
LOVED this practice! I like the sweaty classes with cool arm balances. Thank you for sharing and for all of those amazing positioning reminders in every pose! Are there more like this one?
I have never sweat that much in my life, yet it was relaxing. Thanks for this. I'm just having a difficulty of doing arm balances. Maybe I need more practice. :)
+Dennis Charles Calubia I know!! Seriously, ever since I started Tim's vids I would sweat during yoga, running, weights.....it didn't matter what it was. Its like yoga unclogged my sweat pores.
I just discovered your channel thanks to Lesley Fightmaster and decided to try this flow. OMG I'm sweating like crazy. Haha great one! I'll definitely return to it :-D
Yay, thanks to both of you for sharing this!! Lotsa fun in this one, and still mindful with a nice pace :) If you could do a tutorial on eka pada bakasana, I'd love that.. I've done it before but.. from standing split, like in this video.. it was not easy (for me, at least) to just pop into it.. so I'd love to get filled in on some techniques/tricks/tips regarding that one.. lol :) THANKS again, awesome!!
joylovebliss Ok maybe I will. Really you can do any and all of the arm balances if you have a very strong chataraunga. So work on perfecting that pose and making your core stronger, and they'll come easily.
Yoga With Tim thanks great, looking fwd to it! Any suggestions on what to work on. I already can do transitions from for example tripod headstand to crow and back, and tripod to flying pigeon and back... and other armbalances such as koundinyasana (1+2), flying pigeon/eka pada galavasana, ashtavakrasana and such poses are pretty easy for me.. also "core work" while doing tripod headstand, kinda piece of cake.. so I guess I've got pretty much strenght in both my chaturanga and my core... (core work/exercise is usually easy for me too)... So I'd love some suggestions on yoga poses/transistions that might be handy to work more on? Or any other suggestions.. :) Thanks again, awesome! I'm sure I'll get it down soon, I've already managed to do it a couple of times (in classes where there was a "build up to it") .. I'd love it to be as "certain"/easy as when doing other armbalances and transitions :) THANK YOU for sharing your great classes, really appreciate it!! And wishing you getting well soon :D
joylovebliss Its hard to tell you without seeing your practice... I'm stoked of you that you can do all of those arm balances. I think you should practice urdvha parasita padottanasana, navasana, ardha navasana, shalabasana (working shoulder blades on back, purvotanasana, chataraunga with near perfect scapula thoracic setting (use a mirror or have a friend take a picture to make sure your shoulders aren't rounding and your legs are straight and your whole body is in line with your elbows) in a sequence holding pose for 30 seconds (except the first, that leg lifts maybe do 20-30). repeat the sequence 5x as a warm up. then do sun salutes A and B, then all the standing poses and some kind of finishing sequence. Practice that sequence for 1 month and then lets see where you're at. Post a new message so I can see it in 30 days...
Yoga With Tim Thank you!! I just finished trying out the warm up sequence (5x), and it was great! Was able to do everything in all 5 rounds. Chaturanga was a bit challenging the last round, even tho I still managed doing the 30 seconds without loosing alignment. Timed myself with a timer. Awesome, now I'll continue with the rest of it. Fun! Really appreciating it :)
