The Morning Yoga Vinyasa Flow Workout is designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch the whole body to help you start your day feeling your best and connected to your center.
This sequence is designed to help you start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit: Connect to Your Center.
If you can dedicate yourself to practicing this video daily you will notice a dramatic increase in your strength and flexibility within just a few weeks. The Morning Yoga Vinyasa Flow Workout is best practiced on an empty stomach. Make sure to drink plenty of water after.

I have been trying a lot of your different vinyasa flow routines but I always come back to this one, it’s the perfect balance and hard enough that I need to push myself further every time to get better

This was one of the longest 1-hour classes I ever took. Happy International Yoga Day! So glad to be pushing myself to new limits and challenging myself. I'm grateful for this practice. Namaste!

Did this at home during coronavirus lockdown- from the bottom of my heart, thank you! This was a great class and I really loved having 1 instructor and 1 model, it made things much nicer to follow. I almost felt like I was in a real class! Very challenging too, and I have been practicing on and off for 13+ years, so not new- and this had me sweating! I cannot afford your patreon unfortunately as my industry has been totally shut down for 3 weeks now, and I have no income. Scary times. Nice to have yoga to help keep us centered. Thank you again.

So good! No ads. No extra chatter. Long holds challenging. Injured myself in wheel once,so this was a nice trip back. Gentle but challenging. There was a difference in my body after this one. Thank you!

i don't have the most flexible hamstrings so some of the cues in this video were things i was doing but it's great to have affirmation from the instructor that bending my knees makes sense.

I felt the shift! What an incredible class - and so many micro-adjustments, I love that, it really helps. It is not often that I do an hour long class because of my schedule, but I really enjoyed this. Thanks Tim 🙂

I'm about 17 days into the 30 Day Total Yoga Body series and decided to go for this new 1 hour video today instead. That was tough! Glad I'm a Patreon member, I'm getting a lot out of the vlog posts as well as all the longer videos. So much to choose from. Thank you, and Namaste.

Hey Tim, this flow was great! ❤👌👌 It totally awakened my body this dreary morning. ☁☁ It included all poses that I totally enjoy (with your instruction) -- like crow 😊, twisted triangle and half moon. I had to take child's pose a few times but try to stick with the whole practice and challenge myself instead of giving up. Will come bac to this in a few weeks / months and see if I have made even more progress. Thank you Tim and the patreon community

This has to be one of my favorite yoga practices! It was challenging yet relaxing. I have been having a lot of tightness in the hips and psoas, and now it's gone! I will be back for more Yoga Dose!

Really enjoy your lessons, Tim’s instructions and little tips are extremely helpful, though the pace is quite challenging for me. I have only been doing yoga for 2 months and have noticed a remarkable improvement. I used to see sun salutations being practiced around me growing up but never thought much of it, now lots of respect and getting both my boys to practice with me everyday. Thank you.

Fantastic. my first yoga session in 5 years, lockdown inspired. probably only managed 60% flex but your calm instructions kept me trying all the way. Thank you

That was great! I find now that I am mastering the poses and I want focus more on turning my energy inward. How I’m working on this is to just listen to the audio by turning my iPod over. If I need to refer back it’s just an easy flip. Small tip for anyone looking to explore a different level of practice. Thanks, Tim.

What a beautiful challenge for the morning, I really confirm now that I need a long practice to heat my body Proof ,my double pigeons at the end were nearly perfect ,this pose used to be so hard for me before and impossible in the morning !!! But now IT OS POSSIBLE Thank you so much Tim for offering us so great practices for free!!!

Awesome class, I feel like I did 90 minutes worth of poses in 1 hour (bonus because it was done at a mindful pace, and was not rushed). I loved the alignment based cues - really helpful. Plus so fun to practice pincha mayurasana at home. Rarely do that one and love how it feels. Thank you both, namaste.

Спасибо, лучший комплекс виньясы который я нашла, делала 5 раз до 45 минуты, дальше в навасане уставала и сразу переходила в шавасану. Техника безопасности ! Девушки, тренер забыл упомянуть что в месячные и в беременность скрутки закрытые ( а таких тут много) не делаем

I need to wake up earlier to make time for the entire hour! Just did 40 minutes the first time. This was amazing! I feel like I got a good workout from this one, more so than other videos on RU-vid. Thanks!

Hi Tim, practice was nice and you are a very sincere and serious teacher. Which is positive! Commercial breaks were a bit to much. And also the allignement cues were a bit to much for me personally. But finished it and feel better than when I started! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Tim was always one of my favorite. I believe this lovely flow has no less than 10 interruptions of commercials. That defeats the purpose.
