There are many features of a separator that can be adjusted to produce a different outcome of the material running through the machine. Weight changes. The use of self-cleaning devices. The use of center-tie-downs. And, of course, motor speed.
Quite often, the motor speed on a vibratory round separator can make a big difference in throughput.
