3 salmon filets
2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp old bay seasoning
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
parsley for garnish
jerk marinade
4 stalks scallions/green onions
6 cloves garlic
4 slices ginger
1/4 of an onion
6 stalks thyme
2 scotch bonnet pepper add less if you like
2 tbsp Pimento/ all spice berries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp browning
German dumplings
4 medium to large Yukon gold potatoes
boil potatoes in 1 tbsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
topping
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3-4 tbsp melted butter
parsley for garnish
steamed broccoli
1 large broccoli sliced down the middle into 3 parts
make them smaller if you prefer
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper
sprinkle salt to taste when it's done.
