I found out your channel today and it's exactly what I've been looking for for quite some time now. Simple recipes, no non-sense ingredients, gluten free, vegan. This is easily the best and most worthwhile cooking channel I've subscribed to.
I made these today for my fiancee´ (who is not vegan or GF) and he LOVED them! They have an eggy texture. It's amazing. I've had success with your recipes and they always turn out delicious! Thank you!!!! Please keep more recipes coming!
Good morning I really enjoy your recipes Yes,l would like raw food. I tried making the crepes they turned out great Thanks for tutoring,l really like the way you explain with love 😘
I enjoyed and appreciated your video. Straight to the point, no fillers, a hint of subtle music and topped off with a soothing voice. Whats not to like? Thanks for sharing and keep the recipes coming. Clean, simple and short.
These crepes are a very good idea if you want to eat healthy crepes! I had some difficulties with the first one and it was a little bit challenge to make them thin! So, when I was making the second crepe, I tried to play with the heating - when I put the batter in the frying pan I had a low-level heating and when the crepe became almost ready I increased the heating to the medium. In this way I achieved to make thin crepes and had no problem in taking them off from the skillet! :)))) We ate them simple and with your home made Nutella. Thank you, Petra!!!
With so many cooked desserts, almost on every video on RU-vid. ...it's an absolute welcome, for me at least, to raw desserts. I wish that you would keep them coming in. Your recipes really stand out above the rest....I love them!
I am totally okey with raw recipes, because probably this channel is the only source where I get more into it. But I would be curious about baked things too. Especially bread, croissant and things like these.
Your voice is so calming, it's a pleasure to watch and listen to your videos! 🙂 And the recipes are always good ideas to try! Thank you for your time and dedication! 🤗
I love anything that is healthy and easy to make, so it doesnt matter to me if its raw or not. These creps look amazing and i will definetly give them a try. Thank you for sharing ❤️
Done ✅ , I will make it for my breakfast tomorrow . I love to add banana to my meal cause it’s one of my favorite fruit 🍌. BTW thanks for the recipe, and I’d like to say that I enjoyed the both of your recipes (raw & cooked) , because most of your recipes are easy to make and don’t take too much time to prepare, all of that delicious, 😋 🤤and make my mouth watering .
I find it awesome that you're asking us viewers what we would like to see; i really appreciate it! :) I really like both, raw and cooked/baked food, as long as it's not too expensive, complicated and time-consuming :)
I love that you’re making raw foods and desserts. As a new vegan - it’s so hard to find recipes that are gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, and sometimes sugar free. I’ve actually gone through all the titles of your channel and see myself making and trying everything. Please continue to make raw recipes. I enjoy them.
I like both raw and cooked recipes. It helps me get fussy eaters in my house to eat something that looks familiar, but are a healthier option. I’ll definitely be trying this with my home canned applesauce in lieu of bananas. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents. I’m really enjoying your channel. Have a great day! 👍💕
Whoa just discovered your channel. This is such a treasure: plant-based, no oil no sugar and gluten free? Those crepes look like they have the ultimate texture and consistency, I'll be trying them tomorrow morning. Immediate subscription earned.
More RAW anything please!!! Ur channel has been my new addiction Petra, bc I am a raw foodie that enjoys flavorful, simple recipes! And YOU make those sooooooo beautifully! I also enjoy ur hubbys comments at the end...;) nice touch. Please keep the RAW recipes coming!!!! Blessings-❤️
I’m happy with the raw desserts, but cooked desserts are welcome too. I also grew up with crepes and I would eat either with chocolate or dulce de leche, but now when I make these crepes I plan on using the caramel sauce, but with less milk so the consistency will be the same as the dulce de leche. All the best for you and your family. 🤗🤗
NutritionRefined thanks for the reply Petra. Just trying to replicate my old dessert with a vegan version, but I’m willing to try out with nutella and bananas as well. Berries also sound yummy 😋. Btw looking forward to you sharing with us your homemade Nutella recipe whether in your videos or with another cookbook 😜.
Just made this tonight with chickpea flour instead of brown rice flour and added 2 tbsp of ground flax seed, it held it's shape and tastes sooo good and also reminds me of a dessert we have back home in Cameroon. Great job on this one. I also made your nutela recepie it was amazing but as soon as I added some dates puree it sized up oh well still tastes good.
I love what your channel is all about! Health and eating healthy. I'm gonna try this recipe out. My husband is gluten free and loves his crepes Subscribed

I am so excited to find your channel! I love seeing the young man's reaction to the food. I need something "man" approved for the men in my home. I can't wait to get started with your recipes.
i started watching your channel for the raw deserts, theres not that many raw vegan recipes in youtube but i would also like some baked deserts from you! I really like your recipes
These look exactly like the pancakes we eat in the Netherlands, I guess they're called Crepes in other countries! Definitely gonna try this out! I've been wanting a pancake that's very thin as it's what I've been raised with but couldn't find any, and I think I was just looking for the right word haha! They look delicious~ Definitely gonna try this out
This recipe looks so yummy and easy too! I love all the Raw recipes you make! It has made me open my eyes more to raw food which I think is a great thing! However, would not be opposed to baked treats, food etc..love you channel Petra, it has been so inspiring! I made the cauli-walnut tacos which I'll share on Instagram later! Absolutely LOVED that filling! 💫🤗🌞🌷
I love your recipes. I would like to see more cooked recipes. To much raw food rips up my stomach. I will definitely try these crepes for a holiday breakfast with your Nutella and strawberries. Yum.
I love all of your recipes but I would like to see some baked/cooked vegan desserts too :) will definitely be making these but I was thinking half oat flour and half buckwheat flour as I like the nuttiness (and I have these in my cupboard!)
Love the raw, simple recipes. I love the breads as well. I love brownies, I love the raw version. I haven’t made these recipes yet, however am looking forward to it. Thanks for the way you explain your recipes, and the substitutions, especially with the breads.
Yummmmm ... can’t wait to try them! Please share both raw and cooked recipes. I love that you share your links with the items/utensils you use 😊 can you share one with the jar lids please? I’m also trying to stay away from plastic
I prefer more cooked dessert recipes and I love that this crepe recipe is so easy! Can't wait to try it myself, but is the plant milk able to be substituted for water?
Absolutely loved it - I have made the oats muffins and the granola bar as per ur recipe and they turned out heavenly Thank you Pls do u have some thing with coconut flour I couldn’t find a good recipe using coconut flour - counting on you pls
Hi! I made these crepes past Saturday, delicious and with a perfect texture! Thanks for sharing so much, I love your videos. I´d like to find more cooked/baked desserts ;) (as answer to your question in the video). Thanks again
Hi Petra: Wondering if you could develop and post a recipe/s utilizing (organic) Green Banana Flour? It's relatively inexpensive even for the organic and have heard it a sure fire winner as direct sub for gluten flours and non gluten grain flours alike. It has zero or very low sugar content (due to bananas being green), neutral flavor, and I believe considered to be a prebiotic starch and relatively low carb. I recently learned about Green Banana Flour and hopefully quoting things accurately. I think this will be the next big thing that will become a staple for peeps like us :)
