Gud Keri, Gol Keri, God Keri is a Gujarati Style Sweet and Sour Mango Pickle Recipe. Making Achar at home is easy but you need to follow all the steps correctly and with perfect measurements. I learn this recipe from my Naani (Grand Mother). She is 93 Years Old but makes the best pickles.

Ingredients:
1 kg Rajapuri Mango
50 Grams Reshampatti Chilly
50 Grams Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
25 Grams Fennel Seeds
25 Grams Dry Fenugreek Seeds
50 Grams Crushed Mustard
100 Grams Dhaniya Kuriya
10 Gram Salt
10 Gram Dry Ginger Powder
10 Gram Turmeric Powder
10 Gram Asafoetida
5 Cinamons
15-20 Black Peppercorn
8-10 Cloves
80 ml Oil
1 Kg Grated Jaggery
Note:
- Always grate jaggery do not chop it.
- This pickle require less oil so do not use more oil.
- Marinate chopped mango in salt and turmeric for 2 hours / mix it two three times in-between. after 2 hours remove all the water and dry it under fan for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Follow all the measurements for best result.
