I never know how contestants manage to talk while cooking cuz I go all silent when cooking/focusing. So if someone come up and ask what I’m cooking, I go “hmm” and continue what I’m doing

I think this is the first time I have seen judge Alvin almost jump and smile as if he discovered some flavor from his childhood he had not eaten in ages. A rare expression on his face. Those cookies and that milkshake must have been something! All 3 dishes looks marvelous. From growing up next to a salmon-dense river in Sweden I would definitely wish to taste Line's dish. But hearing the praise about his coleslaw and garnish, Dave is my second choice, if I could. That said, the meat dish looks great too but I am not a big fan of chocolate truffle.
