RECIPE

Ingredients
1.5kg pork ribs
1 cup of tomato sauce
¼ cup of soy sauce
½ cup (100gm) of brown sugar
1 tsp of freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
Lime wedges/coriander leaves (optional) to serve
Direction (Recipe amended from included Philips recipe book with the multi cooker)
1. Cut ribs into 2 bone sections and place in pot, bone side down
2. Combine and mix ingredients (tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and sesame oil)
3. Pour sauce mixture over ribs
4. Close lid Set to (seal) -- select (Chicken/Duck) program (pressure cooking) -- 30 minutes -- START
5. When cooking is complete, release pressure by turning regulator to (Vent) - Remove lid
6. Transfer ribs to service plate/board and drizzle with glaze (Thicken sauce if needed)
7. Sprinkle with freshly roasted sesame seeds, lime juice and coriander leaved (optional)
