Sweet & Sticky Ribs | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
1kg of Lamb ribs
4tsp of Crushed garlic
Ground Spices:
1 heaped tsp of Kashmeri chilli powder
1 Heaped tsp of Nagiah's everyday masala
2tbs of Brown sugar
2tbs of Soya sauce
3tbs of Apple cider vinegar
Salt
4tbs Maple syrup
A drizzle of Olive oil
**Put in the oven for 45mins at 180c
