Welcome to this quick but effective yoga practice for upper body and mainly shoulders. Within these 20 minutes we will enjoy some sweet exercises to open our shoulders, improve our posture and feel the tension dissipate from our upper back. This yoga flow is a great combination of strength, flexibility and mobility. It is a well rounded, healthy approach to our body. It is tailored for practitioners of all levels because it is just what we all need.
We will begin with targeted shoulder warmup and then we will continue with mobility exercises where we will be using a strap that can be easily replaced by a kitchen towel or a scarf. There are modification offered for all strength exercises and by the end of this class you will feel how much more flexible your shoulders have become. This might become one of your favorite yoga flows for upper back and shoulders.
Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice 4-5 times a week to see some progress.
Get comfy, get ready and as you begin on this beautiful journey take it slow, listen to your own body and be patient.
