SWIM JIG FISHING w/ John Crews | What You Need To Know! 

Just got home from fishing. All I threw was this swimjig. Love the way they perform!!!! With a babyD chunk, it's hard to beat. I used the 1/4 oz version. Loaded the trailer with a rattle for better targeting. If you are not throwing it, you don't know what you are missing

I noticed you skipper over talking about the best color Brewgill. Smallmouth river you only need two colors brewgill and firecraw and they will wear you out.

Just got 3 of these for the Choptank. Hopefully these work in the laydowns and pads.

I think these are the best on the market right now and I've fished them all. I was shocked how well these come through cover and grass as easily as they do. Don't sleep on the 3/16 oz either...it casts and runs so well. Now I have to stock up on these.

Love the color selection on these jigs can't beat em.

Love me a swim jig. My favorite way to use one is to plow it through the heart of heavy cover. Need more Tungsten jig options, John! Can’t throw lead in the area I live in.

First off the weights are sweet!!! I'm all about finesse fishing anyway & I tried to order some from your site. I noticed that you only have just a few colors available. Gotta have some bluegill patterns. Lava craw is perfect for the spring. I guess I got to wait for the right colors.

Hey Mr Cruz I have seen a lot of swimjig videos and everyone uses braid and I totally disagree with that I knew I was right about useing floro thanks for the info on what size line to use. I don't like braid yeah if I'm in a lake with a ton Grass I would use braid . Hey John your always answering what I need to know and all these other videos don't tell me what I need to know. Video explaining your colors and what you like to use them for and you really opened my eyes to the reasoning of your colors and where and why you came up with these colors. Now you know what you just did for me now I have a lot more confidence in these colors that your making and when you said super bug is a good Texas color. I'm going to be moving to Texas in another year. Mr Cruz I live in Missouri and they have absolutely ruined table rock lake with all these tournaments they have pounded that lake so bad it's destroyed John you can not put that much pressure on the bass and when I moved here two years ago I was very disappointed what's happened so I'm moving to Texas the job market is fantastic there.and who wouldn't want to bass fish in Texas the fishing is phenomenal there. What if you are fishing a swim jig in thick lilly pads?? Do you want a heavier pole and/ or a heavier swim jig?

tried one of them today for a little bit without any luck. Do you just cast and retrieve them or shake the pole while retrieving?
