This is definitely the most beautiful form I have ever seen. I know and practice many forms but this one takes my breath away. I have to learn it. I live in Memphis now but am from California and will plan to take a trip back just learn this from you. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Madam the most wonderful exercise or art in its perfect form has been elaborated by yourself. Thanks. If you could be kind enough to teach this step by step and elaborate in english. The Universe would be indebted. May the The Lord of the Universe Bless you.
Swimming dragon is not quite well known, but it's not her property either. You can find a few other videos on youtube, some courses online, very few masters unfortunately...
I see you commented twice on the video already, go for it man :D I learned it last year, still far from being as good as in the video, but I can attest that it's great for health, mobility, relaxation etc. Gets you fit in a weird way, too, it's a lot of twisting and balancing that is much harder to pull off than what may seem in the video!
@@bjarnesmith70 I learned from this guy ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zPIZvNL9-0I.html I think you can find video courses on his website for cheap, I haven't checked them but I know his teaching is good from following it in person for a while
