In this video, I will show you my last training before I will be one week on holiday. We are maxing out the pull-up for a double followed by some assistance work. I am still not 100% sure if I will compete with Pull-ups for the first time in my life, but so far my values matched for pulls exactly with chin-ups. I will keep you updated!

I'm curious, what will be your next progression regarding weights (rows/single arm lat pulldown) now that you're repping out the entire stack? I've maxed out my stack as well and don't know how to progressively overload from here

It’s basically just half of the stack if you look closely, I am just using one out of 2 cables
