For Biceps, I bought the: Kensui AdjustaBell Max Dumbell Handles, just so I can load more weight Only on one side, meaning for example: put 10 lbs on each side, but then only put 5 lbs on one side, so when you curl, you supinate from a Hammer Curl to turning your wrist as you curl, the heaver weight on the dumbbell is on the inside, so when you curl up and turn your wrist, it's harder to turn your wrist.
@@SelfBuilt Their awesome but I think you have the wrong idea on the concept - one of the actions of the Bicep is to twist - if you do it right now you'll see that the Bicep flexes every time you twist your wrist inward - Hence the idea.
